Reminds me of when my trans friend was in a doctor's appointment, beginning the journey towards bottom surgery, and she was asked why she wanted it. As she's saying things about relieving dysphoria and then awkwardly trying to talk about relationships, the doctor told her "you're allowed to say you want to have sex." Clearly, this is something trans women are made to be ashamed of for no goddamn reason other than cis people's discomfort
