It’s been an incredibly busy and exciting time at Y Bechgyn and @kingsarmsllandysul but we still have time to appreciate, and marvel (sad but true 🤣) at a lovely crumb on a freshly baked sourdough loaf. Let’s hope the judges think the same - samples sent off for judging and hopefully we will hear something soon. Either way, what an honour to get a nomination and shortlist for judging by Nigel Barden.
