Batfam headcanons part one
Alfred: British, somehow doesn't burn or tan in the sun, pale, doesn't age, probably immortal. He loves the others with his whole heart and knows he is like their grandpa/father and he couldn't be happier about it. Helped Damian understand it's ok to like childish stuff by being the first to give him an animal plush. Cooks amazingly and is always ready to learn recipes from the batfams home countries/cultures to make them feel at home and safe. Always pays attention to the little things. Was ready to help Dick adopt Damian and Tim if Bruce had actually been permanently dead.
Bruce: Italian and Russian, tans easily, but mostly burns. Id very protective of the batfam. He loves his kids but he's just emotionally constipated. Feels horrible thinking he neglected Tim despite the fact he was grieving Jason. Blames himself for the kids traumas from after they met him. Very overprotective. Tends to act like a mother more than a father to the point the kids call him mamabat. Has nicknames for all his kids, too many to list. Was the fourth to give Damian a plush because he wanted to get him the perfect one, plus he wanted it to smell like him so it could comfort Damian any time he needed it. Made a memorial room for each of his kids dead but good parents.
Babs: Russian, has freckles. Loves the others like her little siblings. Would be ready to adopt the girls if they asked. Overprotective. Was the second to give Damian a plush. Teaches Tim tech stuff whenever he asks. Has girl nights with Steph and Cass.
Dick: romani (sorry if it's spelled wrong), has very wavy hair, skin is a few shades lighter than Damian's, has cheek dimples. Mother hen at it's finest, gets told he acts like Bruce because of it. Also very overprotective, more than Bruce. Over protective over Bruce also. Drags Damian, Tim, and Jason to therapy with him on Saturdays. Was going to adopt Damian. Calls Jason "big bird, baby wing, little wing, big prince", Tim "babybird, little Robin, little sunshine, pretty prince", Cass "little bat, princess, sweetheart", Babs "big bat, freckles, beautiful princess", Steph "bat princess, little Rose, purple princess, sweetheart", Bruce "B, dad, mama, big bat #2, papa", Duke "little light, little prince, Hun, sweetheart, sweety", Damian "my love, Habibi, babybat, little one, baby prince, baby", Alfred "grampa, pops, Alfie, big boss, grampa". The third to give Damian a plush
Jason: Latino, has loose curls, also has cheek dimples, some freckles, tan skin. Has nicknames for all the batfam. Was the fifth to give Damian a plush. Half ghost, the pit madness was just bad ecto. Calls Damian "Habibi". Raised Damian in the league.
Cass: Chinese, tan, dark brown eyes. Doesn't talk a lot, she can talk, she just prefers sign language. Loves her family a lot. Always brings them gifts from her out of country missions. Always brings Damian new plushies and watches bluey with him. Calls the batfam by cute pet names
Steph: British with black decent, has albinism. Was seventh to give Damian a plush because it didn't arrive on time for his birthday. Her love language is gift giving.
Tim: Filipino, Italian. Likes coffee but prefers tea and monster drinks. Power naper due to insomnia. Gave Damian a plush during Christmas. Started calling Damian "little one" instead of brat
Duke: basically cannon duke but he's ten times more mischievous. He gave Damian a plush for his birthday. Started calling Bruce mama because everyone else was also doing so and it felt right. Bruce takes him to visit his parents. Sometimes calls Damian "baby bro". Has multiple nicknames for everyone.
Damian: Arab, Chinese, Russian, Italian. Dark skin three shades lighter than Duke's. Loves the plushies but will never admit it. Started acting like a kid three years after living with the fam, he still princy like spoiled, but he's not bratty. Started showing his family his love for them through paintings. Tim is his second favorite sibling after Cass because he sees Jason and dick more like his second parents, calls them "Akhi and Bubba". Started calling Bruce mama and Babà unconsciously, everyone finds it cute. Looks like Talia and has her body type, but has Bruce's hight. Will be gorgeous when he grows up, he already is but he'll be more gorgeous. The batfam are very protective of him. Finally living his childhood, Talia tried to give him one but Ra's had lost his sanity and had made the worst people Damian's teachers, resulting in Damian traumatized and believing he's a soldier not a child. Baby 🐥. Very tiny until he turns 17 and has a growth spurt. Still a lot shorter than Jon though.
