I LOVE bfnif but the thing that makes me cringe and/or be embarrassed to be part of it is how half of the Fandom only talks about "doomed yuri!" Or pintumblr, in general I do like pintumblr/tumbtrest but I don't like it when people make it seem like the main part of bfnif(which,it is but bfnif is about battling to get a prize. And not only the yuri)
When people see this and aren't apart of the bfnif Fandom, and then assume that the creator of bfnif only focused on the yuri parts, maybe that's why bfnif gets so much hate because people see it as "Pinterest died too early!", "it's only doomed yuri/angst slop!" Or it's just not for them.
bfnif is someone's creation, and if that person wanted their show to be that way then let it be, it's not that hard to accept that someone wants it this way or that way because at the end of the day it's just social media and a object show.
Sure, the OSC can be cringe,embarrassing or have cringe parts/scenes but that's not an excuse to hate on it, many people are cringe, many people still have '2020 humor' or 'cringe humor' and it's ok, if many people are cringe then let them be, it's not for you to decide whether to force people to be "non chalant" or "mysterious", people have unique personalities,perspectives or different opinions!
Bfnif is still maybe not for you to watch, if you keep hating or yapping your mouths off of how "problematic" it is then why? the creator is not problematic, nor the team. They're innocent people trying to work together to get ep 3 finished, maybe you guys just assume stone is a problematic person because he's Jewish, or it's because you guys hate the show so much that your only goal is to cancel it with NO PROOF at all!!!!π
and you also can't just post a full Google doc about the creator for no reason, or proof that he's problematic, this is extremely immature and it makes you look in the wrong
but about pintumblr, I do understand that bfnif is 13+ and there's probably some young people out there who are still children and get excited over something they really like, this is acceptable, but yk it's just my opinion lmao, however it does get annoying for a quite while(for me at least).
But yeah, if you're someone to hate on bfnif and try to cancel it because you just don't let people have their own lifestyles then why and what do you think you can gain from that anyway? You just try hard to push the bfnif team down because? For what? No reason?π€·ββοΈ
