Two years ago in my last visit to Buenos Aires I had the great pleasure of working in the art direction of a couple of films of the great argentine master filmaker Raül Perrone. This week is the premiere of Expiación (Atonement), one of those films, in the context of Bafici (Buenos Aires International Festival of Independent Cinema, at the Recoleta Village film theatre. I highly recommend seeing it on the big screen because it is a unique and wonderful visual experience.
