I haven't finished the From Blood and Ash // Flesh and Fire combined series yet and there's her newest coming out this year so... now that I'm caught up with how far I've gotten. Do I do stand alone reviews next or keep going with series!?

My review :: 5 stars - No thoughts, just devoured it.

My review :: 4 stars - I really should have read the synopsis. I’m surprised how much I enjoyed essentially rereading. But.. I like seeing everything from cas and Kieran’s povs. It felt like a bit of a money grab.

My review :: 4.5 stars - Beginning :: Still. Freaking. Repetitive. I’m glad I mostly like the characters. I’m too far in at the point. By the end :: I love them so I’ll keep going. 

My review :: 4 stars - I know of hated the spoilers because of the combined series. But then… then it made sense. I loved being back with this crew after the other not being a fave. But this also made me excited to back to them!? I’m excited to see where they all go.

My review :: 3.5 stars - This book is so dang repetitive and not just because it’s essentially the same plot as FBAA.. but sentences, phrases, repeat repeat repeat. Also we know how you feel, womp womp.. you reminded us one page ago.

My review :: 4.5 stars - Beginning :: I never thought I would say this but there might be too much sex? End :: Okay, I was wrong.

My review :: 4.25 stars - If you need an extra reason to read this book.. you know besides the characters, the magic!? The plot? Answer :: the banter. I was cackling. Those important to me know how important humor is to me and how yet, how hard it is to make me laugh. I can’t wait to read the witty remarks in the next one.

My review :: 3 stars - It was good. I had a few issues with the.. level of maturity over a span of.. most of the book. Really had potential with the characters themselves and I really loved seeing the friend group not only grow in size, but getting to know each of them more as well. Loved the farm, loved rosie and hop. The storyline and issue at hand was personal so i think my connection to issues I had with maturity had a lot to do with taking those hits to the heart. Mack.. could take mt heart and run with it. I love the idea, I love what was just.. waiting to be put on page. But the feminism was almost taken to a point where it was over explained, I’m all for men raving about how women deserve to be fought for and that they need to sit and.. think before they speak. But the relationship felt.. uneven. He fought, she thought for herself and about herself. She had to hurt herself also for her to realize that she was the one actually hurting both of them. And everyone else. The big “problem” that came to surface just.. didn’t really seem like it needed to be. As if it was just added for a shocking twist. 

My Review :: 4 stars - I’m glad I finally read it, found a few issues but overall I liked it and am looking forward to reading the next in the series. I loved the spunk and fire behind the female lead which really drove the story and my connection.
