Stilla piece of garbage

I love having friends who reject diet culture. I love going out when everyone buys food and drinks that they enjoy. I love people who will pipe up and suggest we stop for a snack or grab a meal. I love ordering what I want and no one making comments other than how good it looks (and maybe asking to steal a bite off my plate). I love revelling in how full we are after a good meal and taking a break to appreciate how fortunate we are. I love sharing snack from our bags with one another. I love enjoying the pleasure of food and drinks and good company.

Start with just small movements, little hand stretch here, foot stretch there. I found myself a pair of 1 pound weights at the thrift store for .50$ and I have found some decent muscle definition just by dancing while holding them! Walk around in Skyrim by putting it on YouTube and doing some high knees! Working out doesn't have to be sweat dripping and painful

I do feel like what should have happened is that AI would spark conversations about water use and power use in the general tech/internet sphere, and how so much of the labor needed to keep it running is exploitative of people in the Global South. However, it feels like what has happened instead is a bunch of people have convinced themselves the problem isn't the industry or anything, but actually it's because AI has evil magic powers that make it the only problem. Once we defeat AI, everything will be okay again :)
