Brown lips twisted up into a tight line. She was growing impatient and more nervous by the second. Dominik continued throwing his fists at the punching bag that was chained up and hanging from the ceiling. Each hit recoiled just a bit back into the fist that was wrapped and ready to go at it again. Not long after her workout began Madison could hear obnoxiously loud pounding even with her music blasting at the maximum volume. She was at a point now where she couldn’t take it, or rather she wasn’t willing to. Pulling the white earbuds from her ears, the princess glanced around the room in search of the culprit. Sneakers stomped their way over to where Dominik was incessantly and inconveniently swinging at the punching bag. “Listen, Rocky. I’m not sure what exactly has possessed you to turn into a madman and I sincerely apologize for whatever that poor bag has done to you. If you could just, I don’t know....stop. I’d appreciate it.”
“Are you asking me about a dog? I mean I have Luna, but she’s mine and I don’t have any other dogs in my room.” The words were hesitant, and not really noticeable as a lie, unless you truly knew him. Dark hues flickered about his room, before he was gesturing to the white ball of fluff on his bed. “See, it’s just Luna right there.”
“I didn’t ask if you had your dog in the room. I wanted to know if you’ve seen mine.” The princess clarified in an agitated tone. Sable brows furrowed into a skeptical expression. Thus far Madison had knocked on a dozen doors and each time the resident inside provided much less of a wordy explanation than this gentleman. After a final glance of the room, her eyes darted back to the male. “I’m not accusing you or anything but what’s that orange collar doing on the floor?”
“Pippa, no.” The blonde grabbed the golden retriever puppy, before she was able to jump up on the person a second time. Dark hues glanced at the other person, while a frown played on her lips. “I’m so sorry, she’s not used to unfamiliar faces. Did she hurt you?”
The princess shook her head quickly, dismissing any sort of apology. “Absolutely not! She probably just smells my dog on me. Poor little puppies. We slept side by side last night but I’m sure who was comforting who. Perhaps we can take Peach and Pippa on a little stroll to get more acquainted?”

A vaguely familiar face takes the chair next to her and suddenly finishing this horrid drink gains potential to be less of a chore and more of a competition. “ they’ll have what I’m having . “ the princess royal announces before the other can utter a word. “ come on, it’ll be fun. i bet you can’t make it to the bottom of the glass. ” her tone indicated a friendly challenge.
