I moved into my college dorm this past Thursday, have been slowly making some pretty cool friends and right now I’m waiting for my roommates to call me to go get breakfast with them. It look me a long time to get here, and a lot of work, but I’m pretty happy sitting in this little concrete room at my cracked desk (that I honestly pay too much money for but that’s okay.)

I’ve had this blog for quite a while! I only used it for fandom stuff and jokes for a while, and I still remember big trends and things that have happened. I remember too much to be honest and I think it’s what made me so weird now.

Anyways, here’s the point of this post. I’m happy. Things are looking up for me and my future is a lot brighter than the gloomy sky outside today (it’s raining), and for a lot of you it’s the same thing! I waited 18 years for this. 18 years of struggle and depression and losing hope that I’d ever become something. But now I’m at a top university in my state and I’m studying something I love. A lot of y’all saw me when I was in my absolute darkest times and that’s not who I am anymore.
