The start of hopefully many video/anime OP & EDs bringing my AU to life. (I have two others planned atm keke)

This is my post-KH3 AU focusing on the Keyblader Guild and Aqua ending up with Sephiroth. Also, Sora does not disappear. (ㅅ´ ˘ `)

As stated in previous posts, this isn't a dedicated project that takes responsibility of all characters post-KH3, it's just my own little pocket of happiness I've created for them that serves as self-gratification. (˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶)

There were many decisions made in KH3 in terms of character arcs that I just did not agree with but I won't be ranting about that here.

This was the first time I dabbled in amateur frame by frame animation, I really wish the first few seconds of the OP (you know, the part that's meant to grab the viewer's attention) worked out better. (ᵕ ´ᗜ`)

I just couldn't get Aqua's face right and after many attempts had to leave it as it is. ( ˶•ᴖ•)

I also used this project as a way to push myself to draw characters I normally wouldn't draw. (Bc I'm too obsessed with just drawing the couple (ᵕ,—ᴗ—,)

Thank you so much to everyone who supported me whilst making this. ( ˶ˆᗜˆ˵ )

It took a while but def helped me gain more skill for future projects.

I haven't forgotten about the WIPs that did get up to the like/note goals I set, I shall get to them at some point! I was surprised they even reached their goals, thanks so much! (ᵕ ´ᗜ`)

The heights and ages are sourced from a bunch of websites which all seem to have different answers so I just picked my favourite numbers lol

Moar Kessen Spirit OP Progress

I’ve been wanting to take a break from drawing because I haven’t been feeling up to it lately, but always have this at the back of my mind and a voice telling me that I need to finish it.

It won’t be for a while though since there’s still so much to go, haha… Might make it simpler in some areas so that I can actually get it out.

It’s definitely been interesting pushing myself to draw characters I normally wouldn’t draw. Hope I don’t butcher them too much for the sake of their fans.

I'm trying a new style for this one! Fully colouring each animatic/frame is too overwhelming for me bc I'm a team of one and I just can barely function pueh ( 𖦹 ´ ᯅ ` 𖦹 )

This one's actually gonna have slightly less Aquaroth and more of the other characters whoo (I also just noticed this is probably my first post in a VERY long time that doesn't include Aqua or Sephiroth bahahh)

I’ve already started the next anime ED heheh, here’s the first sneak peek of it - a draft of happy Seph. It melts my heart to see him mentally well and genuinely happy. I’m looking forward to drawing more of him with a soft expression.

I really love the recent update to his outfit and stole it for my AU. So relieved to not need to draw those pauldrons anymore and I’ve wanted something streamlined for him for ages. He gets to be more comfortable and do things at his own pace at the guild.

Aquaroth OP - Finished Title Logo and another Teaser Sketch Draft

The title design is based off the KH First Breath Concert logo, I really enjoyed making it! 😊

After mulling over the title I wanted for a long time, I decided to choose the same word as the OP's song name along with "parallel lives". This isn't meant to be some dramatic rewrite of post-KH3, I'm not taking on board every character's "where are they now"s. 🤔This is purely my own closure with a crack ship set in a post-KH3 alt universe. But I didn't want to simply call it "alternate universe".

The support I've gotten for it so far is so motivating, thank you! To those people, hope you enjoy it when it eventually is finished! 😄And to those who stumbled on this randomly and have no idea what's going on, please be gentle ><

I've kinda always wanted to do it but could never motivate myself to do so bc it takes so long. So to get something out, I'll keep it rough.

Middle pic is my progress on the title for this "anime opening" I'm working on. It's going better than I expected.

Something big is coming... if I end up actually finishing it ^^;

Unsure if I'll finish this one. I'll set the 'like goal' to 15.

Maybe I'll experiment with more hairstyles for Seph in future pieces.

That WIP that I had pinned is finally done! I continue to be clueless about shading and hope one day I can get over the frustration of watching tutorials.

Imma update this post eventually with a link to the ship explanation bc it'll probably be pinned for a while.

I thought about adding that red line of fate like the Kimi Na Wa op theme it's inspired by but decided against it.

WIP - Strap

Something a little more smouldering for their standards. Seph's definitely become more comfortable in the relationship to be this bold.

I have yet to successfully complete a work of them kissing. I did attempt to once a while back and just did not like the way it turned out.

If motivation does end up running out again, I'll finish this one if it gets 10 likes.

Imagine posting about something that literally hasn't been released yet and still getting close to no attention.

And then the actual thing is released and every person who posts about it gets all the attention.

THE SEPHIROTH BEER AD THAT I SAW FIRST THING THIS MORNING 🥤

Poor Seph really is becoming the poster boy. First donburi, now this 😅😄

What I could find so far is it's in partnership with Asahi's Mirai no Lemon Sour

Just knowing his pre-Nibelheim personality is quite stoic, awkward and shy makes it even cuter.

I know that the ad itself is probably set after it but in my au I'm just imagining him valiantly funding the Keyblade guild with his efforts.

So, I of course, after silently giggling to myself, had to document it. And make Aqua react to it keke

Can you believe I actually did write a scene where Seph did a soda ad prior to this? It was hilarious, people were buying crates of soda with his face on the cans and he was so confused.
