cross country, track and band

Getting to play my flute in the band. We all have to wear masks while playing and be seated in 2 rows with tape on the floor to keep our space. We wont be able to have a concert but we are recording the pieces to share. This might be my last semester of playing but we will see. 

Ughhh I know I never post anymore...but just finished up another semester. 

Music side: I was playing in band again and I missed playing and was pumped for the concert but of course everything had to get cancelled due to CO-VID 19... just my luck. I probably won’t be playing in anymore ensembles for a while :( because my schedule is going to be crazy. 

Running side: I been trying to go to the gym (at school) at least once a week but since the school closed, I haven't been getting out to workout. I have been taking walks but it is not the same as running. Really want to get back into running shape for the summer but not motivated to do it by myself. 

So sorry I never go on this account anymore. But just wanted to give an update (if anyone cares)

Saxophone: sound good until you talk to the person playing them

Oboe: better when they're not there so we can play their solos

Bassoon: some sort of strange mythical creature

Trumpet: I guess they're ok but couldn't they just... Play quieter??

Horn: nearly perfect. restores our faith in the brass section

Trombone: just kidding about that faith in the brass section

Euphonium: smol tuba

Tuba: I don't know, they're too far back for me to see one
