i turn 21 tomorrow. we've been apart for a while now. moving onto the next phase of life, and I'm not alone. Maybe we were toxic, maybe it was love. whatever it was, meant the most. I've got friends and I've got substance which feels numbing. waking up to your face always made my morning. i don't want your empathy and i don't want your remorse. all i wanted for you was to be happy. still not sure if you've achieved exactly that. I'm always doing 95 in my head, when i know it's too fast. but you got rid of me, it's reality, and there's no going back. if i could say one more thing to you, I'm not sure what I'd pick. but it would involve you. it always has.
