WTTT Week!

here’s my design concept for Albany, NY!! I will probably being drawing other cities at some point, but here’s Albany for now :D

(extra: y’know. I set an alarm and saved dates in my calendar for WTTT week stuff and my ass was STILL late and missing some days 😭 sorry bout that y’all, life is life-ing)

I know that I skipped day 2 and got day 3 finished late, I am ashamed of it 💔

I tried a completely new style of coloring, and it turned out a lot better than I expected tbh

This is so insanely rushed (I haven’t been in the mood to draw much lately) but I wanted to at least do one day for WTTT Week 😭 I haven’t drawn much for this fandom in a while so uhhhh take Cal here. He’s been my favorite for years (totally not biased at all)

WTTT Week—Day 1: Table News

*opens with Gov sitting at The Table and looking around at the others, hands clasped in front of him*

Gov: “Hello everyone, welcome back, I hope everyone’s had a good week.”

Ny: *scoffs* “No you don’t”

Gov: *grits teeth* “Good morning to you too, New York”

California: *leans back in chair, arms crossed* “You really want to start doing this whole thing again? Now?”

Gov: “Yes, California. I want to regain a sense of normalcy.”

California: *sitting forward with an incredulous look on his face* “Normalcy? Normalcy? You’re one to fucking talk.”

Florida: *tuning back into the meeting, a devious grin spreading across his face as he leans forward and puts his hands on the table* “Oh my god, did California just curse? At you? Oh *laughs* Gov you’re [speaks Floridian], Greg doesn’t even have censor for him!”

Gov: *looks derisively at Florida* “I think I’ll be fine.”

Texas: *slightly amused* “Alright then, it’s yer funeral.”

Gov: *looks slightly concerned but turns to Greg anyways* “Roll the title sequence, please.”______________________________________

[Title sequence noises]

Gov: *sigh* Okay, should we start with political news?

*Gov revives glares from across the table and a few choice curse words from the North East*

Gov: “…Florida! You had a couple of elections recently! How did those go?”

Florida: *hand resting on his cheek, looking bored* “Ughhh… the democratic candidate for Boca Raton won by like one vote or something.”

Gov: “What! Florida! That’s too close of a margin! You have to recount!”

Florida: *pouts* “You’re no fun, I already recounted, he was winning by six at first.”

Gov: “You have to count again!”

Florida: “I ALREADY DID! Turns out he won by 5 points.”

Gov: “…why did you have to make this so difficult, you could have just said that.”

Florida: *grinning* “Difficult is my middle name, Gov, who would I be without any chaos?”

Gov: *under his breath* “normal”

Florida: *smirking and leaning forward* “whatwasthat?”

Gov: *shaking his head* “Never mind, any other important elections?”

Florida: *smiling deviously* “Emily Gregory flipped the state seat for district 87, y’know the one that includes Mar-A-Lago.”

Cal: “HAH, oh my gosh Gov, this election season is not going well for you is it? *mockingly* Poor wittle guy, turns out a dictatorship is harder than you thought”

Florida: *turning to Cal, grin getting even wider* “Oh and get this, Trump voted against her, by mail”

Cal: *Face breaks into a full grin, eyes shining with mischief* “Oh my god… *turns to Gov* didn’t he call it “Mail-in-cheating”? What’s his excuse for his hypocrisy this time? Or does the sound of your bootlicking drown out his voice?”

*Gov sits in stunned silence*

Texas: *snorts and leans back in his chair* “I dunno Cal, it might be the ass kissing this time.”

*Cal turns to look at Texas, surprised and delighted.*

Cal: “You know Texas? I might just have to agree with you for once, though I suppose Gov can tell us himself. Once his mouth is unoccupied that is. *turns to Gov, feigning concern* You’ll let us know, right?”

Gov: “I-“

Cal: “Good, I’m glad to hear it. Now. I have some actual work to attend to, so I can’t waste any more of my time here, *waves exaggeratedly at Gov, like you would wave to a small child* bye-bye! *snaps away*

Loui: “Mais Sha,,, he got you good” *snaps away*

Texas: “But honestly Gov, whenever you’ve got the time, just let me know and you can pop by to explain, I’ll make sure to be gone.” *pops away*

if i had a nickel for every time i didn’t know what to do for wttt week day 1 id have two nickels witch isn’t a lot but its weird that it happened twice

I'ma be MAD busy these next few days w moving. So I'm gonna queue this for later as my first WTTT week thing now. B4 I forget.
