So the past three months have involved me quitting my job, going to Mexico three days later, meeting a guy who passed out in a hammock next to me, pinky promising I’d meet in him in Colombia, going to Colombia, pinky promising he’d come see me in NYC, him coming to NYC, going to Chicago, New Orleans, Boston and Washington DC together, packing all my worldly possessions into a Chevy Equinox and then into storage, pinky promising I’d be his date to a wedding in Ireland and booking a flight to Ireland/Europe that I’m getting on in two days.

Considering I was literally one step from suicide a year and a half ago things have changed considerably for me and I hope if anyone still reads my blog everything is good for you too because that whole “it gets better” bullshit is apparently not bullshit
