Warnings; Slight implications of Dazai dying, manipulation(?) Just BEAST Soukoku being themselves.
Another autumn evening, the sun has already said its goodbyes to the world. It was raining again, for God knows what time. But something about such weather made the inside of a place more cozy—warmth replacing the icy cold rain. Rain was always a beautiful phenomenon in nature, simple but that's what gave it charm. It feels like the rain is washing away all the evil, all the stains of yesterday for a new tomorrow. There's just something about standing in the rain, late in the day, while wearing a warm coat. A shiver that goes down someone's spine—not out of cool weather or wind, rather a sense of strange comfort.
As droplets of rain were hitting the window of a large office, someone was looking out the window—down at the beautiful city of Yokohama.
"Such an evening calls for a nice game of chess, don't you think so, Chuuya?"
A tall brunette spoke, not looking away from the window as it continued to rain. There was that shiver, running through him. Was it excitement? It definitely wasn't because he was cold. Despite his protests, his dear right-hand man makes him later during the colder months. Dealing with a healthy boss was a pain in the ass already! He's even worse when he's sick. You'd never guess he runs one of the biggest crime syndicates in the whole country. How he clings to the blanket when his fever is getting high, talking nonsense to himself. Of course, we can't forget his beautiful face. The way his brown bangs fall over his face, like a veil that mourning wives wear. It suited him, the person who took Death's hand and kissed it.
Suddenly, an annoyed grumble alerted him to turn around. Ah, it was none other than Chuuya, who was considering the idea of playing chess. What was the point? Dazai, his boss, was way smarter than him. Sure, he sometimes lets Chuuya win just to teach him how to play better.
"Again? Dazai, you know I'm shit at that game."
"And? How will you get better if we don't play more often?" Dazai smiled, that polite thin smile he'd use in meetings or when masking whatever he was thinking. But, which Chuuya, it looked more soft. Like his heart still had some warmth to give. Isn't that a sweet thought?
With a frustrated sigh, Chuuya grabbed the chess set from one of the drawers near Dazai's desk. One that held files, some trinkets they've gotten over the years, and random smaller objects (pens, pins, paper clips). All of that created a beautiful symphony of organized mess. As they say, mess shows life has been here even if a man like Dazai was hollow—that was what he told himself.
Chuuya returned with the set, and Dazai already sat on the small couch. There was an identical one across from it, and between them was a small coffee table. He set the set down before sitting on the soft cushion of the couch. Dazai gladly opened the set and started arranging the pieces. This was probably one of those expensive sets, given by the carving and the quality. Another odd thing about this all is that, whenever they'd play, Chuuya had to be the white side. Honestly, he didn't care, but Dazai did. It was a subtle way to say how he sees Chuuya belonging somewhere brighter than with him. Yet, out of his own selfishness, he can't let the man go.
At first, when this still wasn't a norm, Chuuya thought that Dazai was just getting a kick out of playing chess with someone who would never win. But, he was wrong. It was strange how Dazai would take out the time from his busy schedule just to teach him new moves. There were no bets made since it would be unfair to Chuuya. It was their own quiet time when they weren't holding guns or signing contracts. Just the two of them, with so many unspoken words, but the silence still remains comfortable.
"You know, I've noticed that you actually enjoy our games more than you let it show."Dazai added, and Chuuya's eyes widened. Of course, the bastard would notice.
He knew Chuuya better than Chuuya himself on some days. It was horrifying and comforting at the same time. Like a black figure watching over you with no intention of harm, for now. Dazai had that presence to him, comforting but also manipulative.
" ...Whatever. I just enjoy quiet time without any of your shenanigans."
"That's enough for me, Chuuya."
The way Dazai said that made Chuuya freeze for a second. That bastard had his way with words.
"Let's begin, you first."
Chuuya sighs and nods. He begins with moving the pawn that was in front of the king to e4, and then Dazai moves his pawn to e6.
"Copying me?"
"As if I didn't teach you. Come on, what are you going to do now?"
Chuuya scoffs, and Dazai smiles. There was something very endearing about watching the redhead think things through. There was no doubt that Chuuya was smart. That's why Dazai had a tendency to make him suffer while playing.
After careful thinking, Chuuya moved his other pawn from d2 to d4.
"Hmm... you're adorable when you're thinking."
"Oh, shut up and play, Dazai."
"Fine, fine. My paw goes... here."
With precision and confidence, Dazai moves his pawn from f7 to f5. Chuuya takes the opportunity to take the said pawn, which brings a small smirk on Chuuya's face. He shouldn't get too cocky. This is Dazai, after all.
"My, already getting your ego inflated?"
The brunette looked at the board with great interest before moving his horse from g8 to f6. Then, Chuuya moves his queen to d3. Dazai moves his other pawn from e6 to f5, which ate Chuuya's one.
"You're really out to get me, aren't you?"
"Someone has to. Maybe if you lose, you'll be humbled."
That caused the brunette to laugh, finding it genuinely funny that Chuuya wanted to humble him. The redhead tilted his head and crossed his arms. Why must Dazai's laugh be so endearing and real? He'd never say it out loud, but he did like seeing Dazai laugh genuinely, with Chuuya being the only one allowed to see humanity in Dazai's hollow eyes.
"I'd love to see that."
That one line shook Chuuya. This was an actual challenge now. For the first time, ever since they've made this a habit, he has to win. With confidence, he moves his bishop to f4. Dazai quickly follows with his own, moving it to b4.
Chuuya, without hesitation, moves his pawn to c3, and Dazai follows with his horse that goes to g4. A small smirk flashed on Chuuya's face as he took Dazai's bishop with his pawn, moving it to b4.
However, something in the room changed. Dazai's gaze fell back onto Chuuya, and he smiled. Oh, what a devilish smile that was—perfectly showing that he was a demon hidden in human flesh. Of course, his right-hand man noticed the change immediately and recoiled.
“Have you been practicing with someone else? You know how much I hate that.”
“Who would I even ask to play chess? You know how afraid these idiots are when I speak with them.”
The brunette smiled, pleased that Chuuya was aware that he only had Dazai to share this quiet moment with. Dazai was the only person who could appreciate the monster Chuuya was.
They kept on playing for quite a bit, which made the brunette even more excited. How much did Chibi even improve? Whenever he'd see Chuuya's eyebrows frown—thinking his moves through—something in his stomach would rumble. Like butterflies? Let's be honest, if Dazai were to have any bugs in his stomach, it would be cockroaches. There's just something about that beautiful freckled face when Chuuya is silent and thinking. Honestly, Dazai wishes he could stick his fingers into Chuuya's brain and pick it apart to his heart's amusement. Yes, he knows the man better than anyone, but more information never hurts, no?
“Come on, we don't have all day.”
Dazai mocked, which granted him a sharp glare. Goodness, how can murder look so good on someone's face? If that glare was a knife, Dazai would gladly welcome it to his gut. Why not a heart? A man like him doesn't have one.
“Shut up. Not all of us are gifted with a brilliant mind like you.”
“True, oh well.”
Chuuya moved his piece, and Dazai followed immediately, like he had already seen the move playing out in his head. His right-hand man, despite how long they've known each other, still gets baffled by the absolute genius Dazai is. A mind that's constantly thinking must be exhausting, if only this idiot would open up a bit more.
“Dazai… maybe it's a dumb question, but why the hell am I always on the white side of the board?”
“It suits you. You're the light in this darkness of an organization.”
The brunette smiled at Chuuya, a strange new smile the redhead had never seen before. It was warm, unfamiliar but strangely welcoming in the middle, while sorrowful around the edges. Bittersweet would be the best way to describe the picture displayed before Chuuya's eyes. He genuinely had to pause for a second and forget about the game.
“What's that supposed to mean?”
“I just think you're perfectly human.”
What was Chuuya supposed to say to that? This was the man who never doubted Chuuya's humanity.
“That's… strangely comforting, coming from you.”
His gaze fell down on the board.
Ah.
Chuuya was one move away from winning against Dazai. If he were to move his piece, it would be a checkmate. But, the redhead didn't dare do it. Something in his gut stopped him—like a warning.
But Dazai? He couldn't be more delighted by this. This is what it's supposed to be like. After he died, he made sure Chuuya took his place and became the new boss. His light would shine brighter and eradicate the darkness Dazai had spread. Osamu Dazai was a disease to this world.
When he noticed that Chuuya was hesitant, he sighed and stood up. Then, he sat beside Chuuya and took his hand. Dazai led his hand to pick up the winning piece, and, surprisingly, Chuuya did not hesitate.
“Easy there, you're supposed to win. Don't cower before the finish line.”
In one swift yet meaningless motion, it was done.
“Checkmate.”
The way that word slipped from Dazai's lips sent shivers down Chuuya's spine in a very unpleasant way. He saw how Dazai's eyes gleamed with excitement. His gut immediately told him something was wrong, and there was more to it. But, before he could react, Dazai kissed his hand and smiled.
“A beautiful outcome, don't you agree, Chuuya? Well, let's wrap it up for today.”
“This… You're trying to tell me something with this. It's some sort of a riddle, isn't it!?”
Chuuya glared daggers at him, yet his face flushed with a soft tint of light pink. That kiss on the hand—even if it was stopped by leather gloves—was enough to make his heart buzz. He's supposed to hate this man, and he does, but it's becoming hard to separate from him. Fortunately, Chuuya will make sure Dazai will be safe—he will live.
The brunette tilted his head in that arrogant and condescending way, yet his eyes showed pure confusion.
“Oh, Chuuya…” He began, his eyes softening into something more tender as Dazai intertwined their fingers. A gesture so tender, so loving, yet so wrong for the two of them. The duo knew nothing more than blood and bruises. Why was Dazai so gentle? It was almost loving.
“I adore that mind of yours, truly. But, I have to disappoint you. There is no riddle, not this time.”
Osamu Dazai was a selfish man, a cruel monster forged from darkness and screams of people's nightmares.
Then, instead of pulling away, he softly kissed Chuuya's forehead. Such an action would've been adorable if it weren't coming from a monster. Right? That's what Dazai was, a monster wearing human skin.
But why were his eyes full of something so incredibly sweet? The way he looked at Chuuya, his fingers carefully slipping the leather glove off while making eye contact.
Despite his hatred for dogs, he'll forever love this guard dog. It's his. The collar spells it out nicely. It was like he was the only man who had a key to Chuuya's heart.
“Dazai- what are you d—”
Chuuya was silenced by something unexpected. It made his heart flutter, his eyes widen, and his body froze on contact.
A kiss. Simple, yet so powerful.
It took Chuuya's body a second to react before his hands naturally found Dazai's neck—as if he had practiced this a hundred times over. He shouldn't like this. He shouldn't give into the poison that Dazai's giving him, but how could he resist when it was this sweet? The sensation lasted for what felt like forever, but soon their lips parted, and Dazai left Chuuya gasping for air.
“A winner deserves a prize, no? You surely enjoyed yours.”
A giggle graced Chuuya's ears as he got back on earth from whatever the fuck just happened.
I deeply apologize for the delay. It was the holidays, so it was chaos, BUT!!!!
ENJOY THE BEAST FLUFF!!
Below is also a chess board, which will be relevant!! There's no need to look at it. It's there to better visualize the positions of their chess pieces!!

Thinking about Rockstar Chuuya singing Phoenix by Fall Out Boy and You're Gonna Go Far, Kid by The Offspring.... mmmmm..... (ofc beside what his jp va sings)
Once again, I'm making a poll for you guys to decide what I'm gonna write after I finish BEAST FLUFF.
Choose the queers!
Kakegurui x skk
Rockstar Chuuya au
Kitsune Dazai
Part 2 of Demon in an alleyway
Yandere Chuuya
Vampire Dazai
Voting ended onDec 25, 2025
Explanations
Kakegurui x skk
Plain and simple, Dazai is a compulsive gambler, and he wants to get Chuuya to gable with him. It will get a bit freaky given the nature of anime.
Rockstar Chuuya
Imagine a beloved Rockstar who has a stalker that's in the mafia? Dazai is Mori's right-hand man in this au, and he is obsessed with Chuuya (literally has all of his merchandise possible).
Kitsune Dazai
A Kitsune takes interest into a boy who comes to pray in an abandoned shirne. The boy is Chuuya. Chuuya's labeled a delinquent at school because of a misunderstanding and is alone most of the time.
Part 2 : Demon in an alleyway
Basically, a part two of my first post!
Yandere Chuuya
Self-explanatory, but instead of a high school setting, this will be a no ability au (just to make Chuuya less overpowered). Dazai left the mafia and has had a few flings with women. He's at the agency now. However, Chuuya has been stalking him the whole time. He's furious with Dazai and kills every woman he has been with before going after him.
Vampire Dazai
This will be a high school au of Dazai going to a new school, where he meets Chuuya and the two become frienemies!

I have a few aus that I'd like to write but can't choose TvT, I love them all dearly.
I'll explain the aus below!
BEAST Fluff
Grim Reaper Dazai x Chuuya
Yandere Chuuya
Wandering Knight Chuuya x Thief Dazai
BEAST Dazai revival
Voting ended onDec 16, 2025
BEAST fluff
Hurt/comfort BEAST one shot, where Dazai actually gets vulnerable with Chuuya.
Grim Reaper
Au, where Dazai was taken in by Mori and became a grim reaper since Mori has ties to death. Unfortunately, not wanting Dazai to be a shut-in loser, he makes him go to college. Where he meets Chuuya, a human that's bound to a demon (Arahabaki).
Yandere Chuuya
It's pretty simple, really. It could be any setting since I have few setting ideas.
Wandering Knight x Thief
Chuuya is a wandering Knight who doesn't remember his past and is the only one who survived the great war. He meets Dazai and saves him from trouble, and they get on an adventure to get Chuuya's memories back.
BEAST Dazai revival
Again, pretty simple. Dazai simply wakes up after a day or two and can't die anymore. The book is mad at him for trying to change fate.

A skk one shot! Mentions of death and smoking. If you're uncomfortable, don't read!
With all that said, please enjoy! I'm not sure if I should continue this. If it gets some love, I will!
Roaming around the streets of Yokohama was dangerous, not because of ghosts or demons—they had mercy. Rather, it was because of the humans who roamed this earth like they owned everything. Humans who weren't afraid to kill their own kind, true monsters. Shadows looked more threatening during the night, like they towered over any normal civilian. A last warning is to go home and be safe, yet people choose to ignore it. One of them being Nakahara Chuuya.
Chuuya's just out on a stroll after a long school day. His brother was out of town for some important business, whatever that might be. So, why not take the opportunity to go out and explore the city after dark? Sure, it was terrifying, but it had its charm. Those neon lights, chatter of people, and music from the entertainment district made it feel alive. Like a living, breathing organism. You could also call it an escape from the daytime, where no one cares about responsibilities until dawn. Of course, Chuuya wasn't that much of a guy who likes to party until dawn. Sure, he liked to shake things up and hang out, but getting wasted in the middle of the night? Terrifying. So many things can go wrong if even a sober person shows up at the wrong place at the wrong time. Chuuya wasn't stupid like some of his friends at school, but he did like to rebel.
The breeze messed with his redish locks as he walked through a maze of alleyways. Which was one of the many bad ideas he has made in his life. They weren't that big to him but were huge to his brother.
He avoided everything he could in these alleyways, but his luck must've run out today. As he walked, he heard something he shouldn't, someone begging for their life at the end of the labyrinth. His body froze, and blood started pumping faster, making him act before thinking. The redhead ran to see what's wrong, already pulling up his phone to call the police. Someone was in danger, and he simply couldn't look away. He'd live with the guilt for the rest of his life. Shadows around him became darker, like an audience watching his every move before he came to a stop.
He was too late.
There was already a body lying in a pool of warm red liquid. Surrounded by a few men in black suits, with one person that stood out. A demon among man kind. A wolf among sheep. The man held a gun—which had a silencer on it—and shot the person two more times in the gut, making sure they can't be brought to life. Chuuya hid behind the wall, holding his phone to record the whole thing. This was probably the mafia, which made the whole situation even worse. He heard rumors about an organization that ruled the underground world, wearing all black and full of dangerous individuals. The Port Mafia, largest crime syndicate in the country.
Chuuya kept recording, staying hidden as he watched carefully what might happen next.
The man with the gun—a tall and slender brunette with more bandages than one would need—finally spoke up.
"I hate when newbies turn out to be rats. Seriously, do I look like pest control?"
He let out a frustrated sigh as the gun was taken by one of the subordinates beside the demon. What a peculiar man this was. Chuuya couldn't see much, but he could feel the presence of death around that brunette. It made his stomach do back flips, and a shiver tore through him like a bullet through a piece of paper. Whoever this man was, he did not look human.
He had enough information to report this to the police. It was the time for Chuuya to leave, and he did turn around! But, his phone rang, giving away him away and alerting the group.
The brunette perked up at the sound. Someone was watching, maybe even recording the whole ordeal. That's no good. His men immediately went after the person who was recording. Chuuya's heart dropped into a pit that opened in his stomach. He started running without looking back. His body physically forbid him from looking at whoever was chasing him.
'Fuck, fuck, FUCK-', Chuuya screamed in his head, there was no one around who could hear him shout, it was pointless.
Like a sheep chased by the wolves. But, maybe—just maybe—he can escape.
"Running is pointless."
Chuuya's eyes widened as he saw the mysterious brunette and his subordinates at the end of the alleyway. He was surrounded, with nowhere to go.
"SHIT!-"
Chuuya yelled out loud as he fell forward while trying to stop himself from bumping into the brunette. His phone slipped from his hand and landed on the concrete, right at the mafioso's feet.
With curiosity in his eyes, the brunette picked up the phone. Of course, it had a password.
"This was very stupid of you. Playing the hero only to be cornered."
That voice sounded so.. hollow, like the brunette before Chuuya was just a puppet with strings. Whoever was pulling them was probably the boss of the whole organization.
As he tried to stand up, he was knocked back down by one of the two men who chased him earlier. Yet, his defiance didn't waver.
"GIVE THAT BACK YOU BASTARD!-"
While Chuuya was yelling, the brunette paid no mind to him. He tried every possible password before giving up.
"Unfortunate. Hand me the knife, I need to cut his finger off to unlock the phone." His men looked baffled, and so did poor Chuuya, who was forced back up.
"WAIT!- Fine!- I'll unlock it!-"
"Now that's more like it." Chuuya extended his hand and unlocked the phone before being pinned against the wall.
"Sir Dazai, why not just destroy the phone?" Asked one subordinate, to which Dazai just gave them a blank stare.
"You can never be too sure. Maybe this was already uploaded to could storage or sent to a different account. But, it doesn't seem like there's any internet connection."
He explained as Chuuya watched, until his phone rang again. It showed the caller ID of his brother, Verlaine.
"Would you look at that, interesting."
Dazai approached Chuuya, smiling at him in such a sickeningly sweet way. He forced the redhead to look at him by pulling his hair.
"You're going to answer and tell your brother that everything is fine, understood Chibi?"
What was Chuuya supposed to do? Defiance would be stupid. Still, he glared at the nickname. Sure, he was short, but this bastard was abnormally tall! How freaky.
As Dazai answered the call and pressed the phone against Chuuya's ear, Verlaine's voice came through.
"Chuuya!? Why didn't you answer me the first time? Are you okay?"
Only if you knew Verlaine.
Chuuya sighed before speaking, ready to lie to his brother through his teeth.
"Yeah.. sorry, I fell asleep on the couch."
Unfortunately, Verlaine stopped tracking Chuuya's location years ago. So, even Verlaine saving him was just a mere flicker of hope.
"I see... Chuuya, please don't stay up late. You can't sleep all day."
"I know, Verlaine. I'm going to bed."
"Alright. Goodnight, little brother."
And the call ended, with Dazai letting go of Chuuya's hair. He kept checking Chuuya's phone right in front of the redhead, snooping through things he wasn't even supposed to see. But, did he care? Absolutely not.
"What a loving brother you have. It must feel bitter to lie to his face."
"You made me, I would be dead if I didn't."
A chuckle escaped Dazai's lips as their eyes met. Those black voids threatened to suck the life out of Chuuya's blue ones. Like a true demon.
"You follow orders so well, like a dog."
"I'm not a damn dog!"
"Hush, puppy."
As Chuuya was about to call the brunette every name under the sun, the subordinate holding Chuuya twisted his arm even more, making him hiss in pain but also cracking his tough attitude.
Another person approached Dazai and whispered something into his ear, which made his small smile turn into a grin of someone who just struck gold. His attention turned back to the redhead.
"Seems like you're coming with us! Who knew your brother worked for the government? Aren't you just the prettiest bargaining chip?"
Chuuya's stomach dropped. This was an actual kidnapping!? Sure, he thought they were going to do something to him and his phone. He'd have to explain to Verlaine as to how it was broken, but this!?
"ABSOLUTELY N—"
Once again, he was silenced by a painful arm twist. To which, Dazai just giggled.
"Come on, Chibi, play nice. The nicer you are to us, the nicer we are to you."
He explained as Chuuya was pulled away from the wall. Dazai pulled out his own phone and wrote something down. Both Chuuya's number and message for the driver to come and pick him up.
How can his night go so horribly wrong? Was fate against him? Why would it be so cruel to have this demon hold him hostage like a thing to play with? The worst part is, this fucker is getting a kick out of calling him ‘Chibi’. If he could, he'd snap this twig in half. Unfortunately, the said twig had a gun. Honestly, if he wasn't mentally insulting this man in his head, he'd probably be terrified. There was nothing about him. If Chuuya had to guess, this was probably a skin walker or some sort of an alien. No one's eyes are that dead looking, that empty.
When Dazai was finally done with massaging, his attention was back to Chuuya. For once, his eyes held amusement rather than annoyance. This redhead was such a beauty. Freckles on his face given by the sun, blue eyes full of life. Even if he was shorter than most, you can't deny his beauty.
“From what I've managed to figure out, your name is Chuuya?”
With no strength to fight anymore, Chuuya nodded silently. Having such a wild spirit give up was the sweetest treat to a demon. Yet, it didn't feel so sweet. Part of him—that seems to be spreading like a disease—wanted Chuuya to fight just a bit longer. With a glance that he gave to the guard, Chuuya was freed. Of course, he was shocked. Did this demon show him mercy?
“The hell..? Trying to play the good guy?” Who wouldn't be weirded out by such a switch up. Especially if this guy just threatened him with his life.
“No, you just look too pathetic in that situation. Besides, I think you're smart enough not to punch me. It's not like you can stop bullets with gravity.”
The brunette teased, wearing that signature smirk to annoy Chuuya. It wouldn't be Chuuya if it didn't get under his skin. This could probably count as torture because how much he had to hold back from punching this fucker in the face.
“...I expected a member of the mafia to be more serious. Then again, you look like a freakshow.”
“Oh, why thank you!”
“...weirdo.”
Whatever, reasoning with a demon wasn't Chuuya's secret talent. Yes, he still fully believed this man was a demon. You can't really blame him.
Silence ran through the alleyway, and no one spoke a word until Dazai pulled something from his pocket. A pack of cigarettes. Honestly, that was probably the most normal thing he has done for the last almost half an hour. Unfortunately, there was no lighter. But, the generous subordinates of Dazai's offered to light it up for him. So this guy is a hot shot? How lovely. The smoke disgusted Chuuya once the cigarette was lit.
Of course, it wouldn't be Dazai if he didn't do something weird.
“Want one Chibi?”
Offering him to smoke? Even if Chuuya didn't mind it, he'd never take something from this man. Something in his gut told him to never make a debt to this demon. The nickname still irked him, but it was slowly settling into his skin—like poison, taking its effect on the organism.
“Thanks, I'll pass on lung cancer.” He rolled his eyes and Dazai just raised his eyebrow at Chuuya. He caught something.
“What a righteous guy you are, it must've hurt to lie to your brother?”
Fuck you, Dazai. That's what Chuuya wanted to tell him. Maybe even spit in his face. Yes, it did hurt to lie to his older brother—his only family—straight to his face. Why must he bring it up again? Putting more salt on an already infected wound is such a low blow.
“Fuck off. At least make this kidnapping faster, I'm getting bored of you.”
Dazai just laughed, exhaling the smoke of his cigarette as well. Oh, what an interesting person he has found.
“What a shame. You keep growing on me more and more.”
For some reason, that made Chuuya's skin crawl. The last thing he needed was a man like this to take interest in him. Sure, he was bisexual but he wasn't desperate.
To his horror, the car finally pulled up, and he was dragged inside. Dazai, however, stayed outside and ordered something to the rest of his men—and to finish his cigarette since wasting is a big no—while two were inside with Chuuya. He wanted to know what Dazai was talking about, but he couldn't hear or see a thing because of the tinted windows and the car being basically soundproof. Yet, the interior still seemed luxurious. When Dazai finally joined them in the dark, he said nothing. He sat across from Chuuya with his legs crossed. No smile this time, just those empty voids scanning Chuuya like a page of a book.
How annoying.
“Can you stop eyeing me? I get you're a weirdo but seriously.”
Yet, it was as if Dazai didn't hear Chuuya at all. He just kept staring, making the redhead more uncomfortable. Chuuya's solution to this—and the only one he could think of—was to try and get some sleep. So, he shut his eyes and leaned back against the seat. It was so comfortable, so that's a plus.
When Chuuya fell asleep, so did Dazai's interest die down. Of course, that won't last for long.
Even after the mafia gets what they want, he'll still keep tabs on this boy.
He's just so disgustingly human to the point it irks and infatues Dazai.
