Nothing is without meaning

My parents moved to a new house after 10 years in their last place. I brought over a bottle of scotch as a house warming gift and didn't expect to finish it between my parents, myself and my beauty of an Auntie. Needless to say the bottle is empty and the evening was blissful fun, but I learned that I pour small drinks for myself frequently because it looks polite to the others drinking from that bottle, even though I just want to drain the fucking thing....but yano, family first.

Happy New Year, and Anaversary to me ❤ this year was smoother than the last, and I lost 36lbs as well. Of course, I have more than 45lbs to go still until I get to my goal weight, but I'm closer. Meanwhile my boyfriend continues to gain weight and refuses to exercise, and has completely stopped touching me. He ignores me when I beg him kiss me or hug me or even sit next to me and not ignore my existence. He's spending more and more money on me, but it's clear he doesn't like me. Yoga is keeping me alive, Ana is helping me to find an identity and confidence. All I have to say is 2017 was good because I lost weight and went another year without committing suicide. Yay me.
