Uni is stressing me out, the thought of eating is making me feel sick and im fighting the urge to restrict again 🥴

I'm trying to recover, meanwhile my partners mum has put secret eaters on while we eat tea 👁👄👁

Back here again bc I basically just realised my "recovery" has gone from being healthy to binging and ive put on weight 🙃 not only that ive been going to the gym so - some - of it could be muscle but ive also put on an inch around my waist sooo

I've hit a plateau which is annoying bc I wanted to lose as much as I could over the next week because I knew I'd have to eat like a normal person on my birthday 🙃

I now see why everyone hypes up monster ultra peach, this shit is amazing, im glad considering it cost me £4.99 for one can 😭
