The Old Vect found himself inside a building, after getting a tip recently about where he might find information about one of his three main bounty's at the moment.
He politely shut the door of the building and walked inside, before sitting down, and lifting up the brim of his hat.
"Well, Well Howdy There Partner, WP-INS as they call ya am I right to assume? Pleasure to meet ya, real pleasure Indeedee. A Skittish little freak, happened to tell me a bit of information, while he could still talk, that you have personal interactions with a bounty target of mine."
"Now, I'm no monster, no sir-ee! But here's the thing I also ain't one who likes to dilly, nor dally. So tell me what you know about... Mr. Spotlight, where I can find them, stuff like that."
"And we won't have any problems, don't that sound just lovely their fella?"
