“you’re so quiet” i’m dissociating and ive lost connection with reality

i think it’s so sad how you can go from someone being a big part of your life, them knowing everything about you and talking to them 24/7 to them being non-existent in your life anymore

i hate the fact that when people leave me they just move on and forget about me but i’m stuck here constantly thinking about them and i can’t get over that they’ve left me

It's so frustrating not being obsessed with anything like what even is the purpose of life

I'm less and less interested in masking my mental illness for people anymore. My energy belongs to my recovery and my healing, not in pretending I'm okay for your comfort or your approval.
