Listen. As a green witch, I can tell you 100% that plants understand death better than I suspect some humans do, and that they also know triumph (choking out the competitors for their light and good soil is a Good Thing). And they absolutely do not care if what they choke out as a competitor is their own seed-sibling. They WILL consume those corpses with glee. Plants are vicious and if you expect to garden you must be too.

This is singlehandedly one of the funniest and cutest things I’ve ever seen. Relationship goals.
