Getting the hell away from tumblr, for a long time.Â
Stopped working out. I was still hella disordered/sick in 2014-2015. I made the decision to limit my exercise mid 2015. I gained weight and I stopped obsessing. Only now am I allowing myself to even think about routines or gaining muscle.Â

Strong words to use on a Resume
If you have ever had to write a resume for work or for an application, then you know the hardest part is figuring out what type of words to use that sound professional and and intelligent.
Example: If an application asks you if you have any relevant experience for a job at a day care center and you have experience, like you have babysat children. You would look at the words in the columns to see what words you should use that will help your resume stand out. You might put down âHave supervised and attended to children on a regular basis.â

god today was just...insane
i ended up thinking i was having a stroke (had all these awful weird symptoms so i called 13health and she was basically very worried and said it sounded like a stroke, so she transferred me to 000)
paramedics ended up coming out and they were insanely lovely while i bawled my eyes out and struggled talk because i was that terrified and it ended up being a panic attack and also they think a very severe migraine??? but he also said that my symptoms sounded like disassociation so idek (iâve never had a migraine before)
@happyhealthyhumanoid is an absolute angel btw everyone - itâs moments like these you when you realise what incredible people you have in your life
