Yummy! Smoked salmon parsley penne, calling it The SSPP. Carrot and courgette fried off with garlic and red onion. Dash of sherry, chopped tomatoes with fresh parsley, bit of rosemary,s&p, tomato purée and a splash of red wine, (boozy I know). Once all cooked, turn off the heat then toss in the smoked salmon and mix with al dente penne! Need to cook with smoked salmon more.
