Allow me to share Where i thought the tadc plot was going:
I didn't tried to predict the plot or anything, just was piecing crumbs together. (This is all just my observation and opinion)

So, going back to several quote and hints:
Pomni was presented as willing to connect to anyone. Going form normal circus members: Ragath, Gangle... Zooble, kinda? To unusual: Kinger. To completely unlikable (By opinion of other circus members): Jax. To even just someone none human: Gummygoo.
Who is the lonliest in the main cast? In my opinion it was Caine (Like he chases human's attention and disregards NPCs (Aside from Bubble))
Not to mention, episode 7 is when Ciane desperately hints how much he wants to befriend them, but can't outright ask (Either doesn't knows how or afraid to be rejected)
Several "lessons" : Worst you can do is make someone feel unwanted and unloved. I don't want you to feel like nothing. We all done bad things, but we are all what we've got.
So, I thought - all of this has to culminate into Pomni extending Caine her hand to let him understand that they are willing to stick together, him included, to make life in circus bearable.
Did she forgave him: not yet. She just extends an olive branch to him. Like, she is stil hurt and cautious. But doesn't want Caine to feel like nothing or that everyone hates him.
As much as AI's feelings are enigma for her, she knows for sure (By either observing, or just hearing from him post crush out) that hurt is something he is experiencing and can't handle it.
If Pomni can forgive Jax tormenting circus members and her (justified or not), she should at least give Caine a chance? <- Thought lil naive me
I didn't expected them to be instant friends or anything but I thought they would finally at least become neutral.
Don't get me wrong - I do unsderstand what these quotes and "lessons" mean and towards what characters. But I was hoping so much that at some point Pomni will be the first human that would finally give Caine what he was craving - a chance.
I understand, that Jax and Caine supposed to be on opposite ends of empathy (Both theirs and from everyone else). Most likely (tin foil hat time), Jax just slapped away any help that came his way (Ribbit, Kaufmo, Ragatha, Pomni etc), while no hand was extended to Caine, while he wanted one.

Caine - tries figure it out, but simply can't because of his limitations:
Aside from Pomni, I always thought other members have a piece of eperience that would relate to Caine
Gangle would relate with her innability to pursiue her dream and just cracking under a pressure. Like, art is what she likes and make her feel fullfilled.
Ragatha would definitelly relate with "people pleasing" attitude. Faking his showman persona to be, in his opinio, more quirky and likable. Thinking that his "care" (aka adventures), would fix everything
I have my biases, I admit. So most of my observation is more like what I would like, not a logical conclusion
I guess, for me it lsightly stings that he has to figure out everything by himself (When he saw macroverse). His loneliness is kinda painfull.
I won't complain on how it went and how it end - because this story is not my vision and have my AU if I want to feel better XD
So yeah,I get the message, but gawd damnit. One hug would be so nice

I hope it's clear whose talking when, I didn't want to excessively use character tags, it still ended up with a LOT of text, but I think using text balloons as a part of the composition to frame the panel focus made them more bearable, opinions on this are highly welcome, I need feedback PLZ 🙏🥺
I also hope I managed to show that this conversation is uncomfortable for both of them, Pomni, despite not wanting to upset Caine, knows that sugarcoating things is a bad idea, that would invite further misunderstandings. And Caine doesn't like the middle of this conversational sandwich :
Good thing - human apologized for how she treated him and viewed him,
Bad thing - having all his behaviors pointed out, that she used to rationalize treating him that way, even if he knew before that it was not giving him the result he wanted,
Good thing - some hope for better relationship with humans in the future,
This took me so long I kept fusing with everything : paneling composition, dialog, slight opacity changes of overlay layers etc.

OKAY SO since Caine is an AI I imagine that when he plays cards game (like UNO), he only has to view the cards in his hand once, that being when he draws them. With that being said, what if for the sake efficiency he keeps them stacked tightly in his hands (i say with experience), so on multiple occasions whoever is playing with him forgets that he does that (since usually the person would at least have to review their hand every once in a while) and calls him on not saying UNO, to which then have to draw cards themselves because he doesn't in fact have UNO

Can you draw Pomney and the others as abstractions, where Cain excludes everyone and leaves only Pomney, even though he's just trying to communicate with her? He tries to restore her to her normal form, with occasional success, but there is a problem with her as she does not speak or is not conscious.
