My TAWOG OC Gloom, made it into my first fic featuring an OC on AO3! I know it likely won't get much traction or interest because people don't usually care for (platonic) OC x Canon stuff, but I myself am an enthusiast.

It originally was only supposed to be a few paragraphs writing exercise to help me characterize Gloom, but it suddenly became almost 2000 words and I was like... Yes I need to post this now. Very much hurt/comfort, my boys are so traumatized and need love.

I love him. I used to have one, but I never liked or felt a connection to them, so I fully started Cyber from scratch. Lots of references were used for the outfit.

I have always loved the early 2000s internet culture, and frutiger aero aesthetics. The future we were promised was ripped from us, and our only chance of going back is to relive it in your mind. I was born in 2004 and I didn't really get to live through that era. People tell me I definitely would not want to live in that time, and I understand, maybe i wouldn't. Still, I have love in my heart for the old internet I wish I could've observed. Absurd loading times and all. I love neocities and I've frutiger aerod my old computers before hehe.

This is probably my most planned out fic yet, it's a yandere inspired psychological horror/romance fic! I love Gumrob and I love writing out the thought processes of characters, so far this has been a blast despite the dark subject matter.

I will warn you, this is not going to be a light fic. There will be depictions of mental breakdowns, mental illness, panic attacks, obsessive behavior, and things of that sort.

My TAWOG OC, Gloom. Gloom has a strong connection to not only the past, but also the void and the secrets of Elmore.

He was born in modern times, but being a personification of nostalgia, he finds himself longing for a time he was never apart of.

Gloom mostly keeps to himself, but he's often found in the same room as his best friend, Rob. The two met and clicked due to their past with the void. Nobody really knows where Gloom came from and he's very secretive.
