aaron was once great. he was the jock, the popular one, with track and football and boxing on his free time. it was also like this in college, which he went to more as a formality than anything else when everyone knew he would just inherit his father’s company anyway. and that was good. he could be a corporate businessman. he would deal. and he’d deal with underground fighting - something he’s actually good at -, letting out his anger and frustrations onto someone else, so that maybe, just maybe he wouldn’t explode from the feeling of ‘i’m better than this, i’m better than these people’. especially now that he’s starting to remember, and the feeling of ‘once great’ doesn’t seem to go away at all anymore. (that, and some other things too.) and yet - yet he’s not too bad most of the time, and somehow most people like him. when he’s happy, he’s infectious - but that’s also true for when he’s angry. luckily, most haven’t seen that. yet. also: dramatic af; protective af; bro af

Hel is a giantess and goddess of the underworld, which is known as Niflheim, or Helheim, the Kingdom of the Dead. Hel is generally presented as being rather greedy and indifferent to the concerns of both the living and the dead. She is the daughter of Loki and Angrboda, she’s an ugly half-dead hag with gangrene legs and a hideous face. In return for giving her Niflheim, Odin gave Hel certain responsibilities that she had to carry out in that realm. He charged her with caring for the souls of people who had died from sickness or old age, and for the souls of any other people whose deaths had not occurred through violence or in battle.
