Hey ya'll, it's been a minute since I last posted anything! I've been busy weaving & creating, I haven't made time to update 😄 anyways, the big market I was preparing for turned out to be a success! Santa Fe Indian Market 2018! I entered my wedge weave textile into the contemporary textiles division & it got some big ribbons! So I'm pretty proud of my work & that it got recognized!

Lately I've been going to meetings and so I take my small loom, spindle & some wool 🙃 just so I can get some work done and won't feel guilty about not getting some weaving time in 🤘

This is the fun part 😁 take the heddle & shed sticks out and weaving by hand..

Had a good dye session today! 😁 this is probably my favorite part of the process before I even get to the loom 🤘 I'm pretty satisfied with the colors I got 😊

The "big red" revival wedge weave blanket I wove won Best of Class-textiles and Best of Division-19th century/revival at the Heard Museum guild Indian market 2018 🙌❤ I still can't believe it, it was really surprising and I'm honored to recieve those awards 😊

One of my most recent pieces I finished up a couple days ago 😊 the colors reminds me of Spider Man, my favorite marvel super hero 😎

Finally 😅 you have no idea how happy I am right now, this wedge weave came out crazy 😁😆 crazy good haha

I wove this piece abut 2 years ago.. it's one of my favorite fancy manta I wove.. it's in private collection right now.. I might have to weave another fancy manta soon haha

Just reminiscing about this fancy manta I wove 2 years ago.. I literally put the last lines in at 6 am and took off to Phoenix to sell it.. I love this piece, I hope to buy it back when I'm rich 😁
