Dealing with depression and anxiety is already tough, and on top of that, I've been struggling with my thinking about how my biological dad recently had a mini-stroke and found out a coworker of mine is on dialysis until he can get a liver transplant. He goes four days a week four hours each day.

There’s no work tomorrow on standby and potentially off the rest of the day tomorrow, like reaching out to my mother to share photos with them of my kids. They never reached back to me. It’s my fault because I don’t make time for them on my phone. Everything is over. Can’t find them in the house or the car panicking I feel like it needs to stop. Hopefully, I can help, and stop things again before I get into a dark stage again I was loved at that one point in my life by my mother and sister not having a family is a struggle. I’m here for my kids. Hopefully, I can continue to be strong and brave.
