Okay I know I wrote the fic where Bruce knows automatically when to bench the Batkids when they’re sick/too injured just by looking at them (and I owe y’all two more chapters) but also consider: the Batkids are excellent at hiding pain/injury from Bruce because they learned it from him so Bruce’s talents lie in knowing exactly, down to the exact millisecond, when to catch them as their knees lock and they’re about to pass out.
