I always feel so proud of my vocab especially since I'm young, and then I opened up a story on AO3 and I'm greeted with a slap to my ego. The absolute audacity to put me in my place

School can just be so stupid. I've realized that I've picked up the mindset of "have to complete" rather than "have to learn". And all of the people I've asked about this feel the same way. Seriously, what are schools in the U.S. doing to make school NOT about learning?

Writing stuff just feels so weird nowadays. High school takes up most of my time and the motivation never comes to me. Not sure if it's burnout or laziness. I want to continue writing my ao3 fics. They have potential, but the entire process is so far from me. I'll just continue to write poems because they're quicker. And also a good place to vent out emotions.

My experience with Tumblr has been limited to its lore. Guessed it was about time to buhst this place. I'll maybe post poems or fanfic stuff. Who knows!
