It is quite something, to see a picture, coming to meaning by your own hands.

I am not a very educated person when it comes to the type of anxiety and stress , I or most of my peers suffer from but it is quite a shitload and its incomparable , because every generation has its own struggles and comparing it with the "adult version" doesn't help anyone .

Nor is it any less valid or stupid or whatsoever. Its just there and you gotta accept it to get a step closer towards solving it.

I personally find punching bags very helpful , I also found that when the other person literally guesses the phase you are going through and tries to help, even the effort kinda warms your heart and makes you calm. But I understand , everyone is not that lucky and to them I say, " go and play games" , nah just kidding . Go for a run lazy and if you are bed ridden read percy jackson novels , kinda helps.
