Luke Skywalker, Luke... Vader Is Never Far

my prompts were first meeting, denial or acceptance of a relationship, or wildly creative art [giftee] doesn't understand, and i think it's clear that i combined all the prompts into one piece. also, for variety and because i saw that my giftee often writes stories with a mini-luke, i decided to make a canon divergence. i wanted to show how luke has been yearning for his father since childhood and wondering what he might be like, and of course, it's hard to accurately predict what your father might be like when he's literally, well, darth vader, it's self-explanatory… er, acceptance, because i love happy endings, and canonically star wars does has one anyway, so at first, i wanted to make a comic, because it would be easier to convey the idea through dialogue/inner monologue, but i wasn't confident in my ability to handle it. plus the presence of dialogue, in my opinion, limits the possibility of personal interpretation, which is probably important when the art is supposed to inspire you to write fanfic that you yourself will be interested in creating; and not just try to make sure that your plot matches what is depicted in a comic hope you liked it <33
