I'm not mad that Steve Rogers ain't got a suit. I actually find this preferable. He's NOT Captain America. But he still is Nomad, no? Give him his Nomad suit? Or at the very least give him a NICE outfit? Like, if you're gonna send him back to the 40s/50s where it was next to impossible for a woman to get a divorce and Steve couldn't drink from the same water fountain as Sam if he were to go with him, AT LEAST give him an outfit with color. Minorities didn't have rights, but SURELY there was some color for Steve to wear!

I know some people are saying that the suit will come later but the problem isn't really about clothes, that was more my lead in. It's that Steve Rogers hasn't seemed like STEVE ROGERS since Endgame. And even then his peak was still more in Infinity War. Like, I don't know who that guy is anymore.

I don't care what anyone says. He wouldn't go back in time and leave behind his FRIENDS. His FAMILY. He would never be that selfish as to ruin Peggy's life and slide into it when she had already moved on. He wouldn't go back to a time he didn't know anymore where anyone who didn't look like him wasn't awarded the same opportunities (may I also note that Steve Rogers was ALSO a minority for a large majority of his life, being a poor disabled man, so this makes even LESS sense. It's not like he's just unaware of the minority experience)

And like UGH he's just NOT Steve anymore, down to the way he dresses and presents himself. Of course, we only know off of photos so I hope Mr. Evans quickly gets back into the swing of things (literally, as I know that hammer will be half of Steve's personality even though I firmly believe he shouldn't hold it anymore) and delivers a good performance. Because right now, Steve doesn't look or seem like Steve. That's Hollywood actor Chris Evans with a hammer. If I wanted to see that, someone should have put his ass on a house flipping show.

Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk. Marvel, if you somehow find a way to fix this mess you've created, I'll shut my mouth and admit I was wrong. Though, I won't be holding my breath. I will say, if there is even an inkling that Bucky and Sam are somehow cool with Steve in this movie, I will literally not take the rest of the movie seriously because clearly everyone has forgotten how to write and see with their own two eyeballs. I will take that as you are now forever leaving the canon up to the fans because you simply grew tired of writing it.
