"I did!" He beamed at him. "I'm officially adopted by Aurelius and Klaus, and live here with them!"

"Come on, man. Do I really give off the vibe of that ritz-y glam ceremony thing? We're thinking about a small private ceremony, and then bouncing so we both can take a much deserved break!"

"If I keep crushing, wouldn't that be bad? I don't want to be the scheming woman in their new love life!"

"...Man, you need to chill on the soaps. Those are gross over dramatizations." He did place a reassuring hand on the boy's shoulder, though. "You're thinking too much about it. Just take it a step at a time. No shame in taking it slow."

"I'd take it that means you haven't communicated beyond that suspicion." Hawks looked over to Sephiroth and blinked, "Why haven't you?"

"I was going to ask about getting over a crush. It's a lot harder than I thought. Who are you getting married to?"

"You're deffo not gonna like my suggestion but maybe try distancing yourself? If you remove yourself for a period of time it may help."

"You're engaged?! Since when??" And why wasn't he told about this?
