Well, of course Jean can’t see it yet at that point, but if you look at all the Tavrin Callas stuff, it’s really that identity that’s gaining traction. He was in initiate of Aza Guilla who died and then SHOWED UP AGAIN? It’s the name Locke gives Conté when the latter demands his true name, so essentially Thorn of Camorr is known as Tavrin Callas. And then we have Tavrin Callas as a political agitator in Karthain just before the whole place comes crashing down. (I’m sure I’m forgetting an instance but I’m working from memory.)

So Tavrin Callas is, in Spergandillium, known as Thorn of Camorr, a priest who came back from death, and a person that seems to have somehow taken down KARTHAIN of all places.

I think the point of it is that it’s Tavrin Callas that will live in legend – and Thorn of Camorr in a sense because as far as anyone apart from the GBs knows TC IS Thorn – and you can’t really know how these little things will live on.
