like they were each so confident that they were going to get last minute fan serviced (well the twitter side of the fandom was idk about anywhere else) like kara ending the show single wasn’t the most predictable part of the finale, especially after monel left the show and later came back married and any romantic storyline of hers wasn’t given as much attention afterwards

i mean sure that can be annoying for those who aren’t fans of him but some of the discourse stemming from that is just weird.

the hoops some of y’all jump through to demonize louis and victimize armand and/or lestat is crazy— we did not watch the same show 😭

like you all understand that louis (in both relationships) is the victim and that they are his abusers right? louis fighting back or reacting to their abuse by being mean or “withholding his love” is not “mutual abuse”. the same “armand/lestat just wanted louis to love them😞” excuse is always used too as if that’s any justification. love your favorite/comfort characters and all but c’mon now???

and then some of y’all are just flat out racist and basically would’ve sat there and clapped along with the audience while the paris coven put on their racist and vilification depiction of claudia and louis… (which is also wild when you think about how lestat literally owns up to being abusive when he goes off script but then here come some of his stans claiming he never was— again, we are not watching the same show😭)

then there’s those that seem to think that because armand never physically hurt louis that that made him “better” than lestat or “less abusive” and then it becomes a whole abuser off ??? like do y’all hear yourselves?
