this is why i yell

hey guys. so to start off this blog, i thought it would be important to tell you the purpose behind this is to gather up other peoples experiences when men yell or when women yell and to just keep it and document it. i also want to explore the idea that women sound crazy or ridiculous when they yell. basically, something happened this weekend when i was with my boyfriend. when i was trying to make a vine, he stopped me and told me i sounded crazy when i was shouting. this really bothered me because i know that when men yell about mundane things theyre not crazy. personally for me, when men yell, i get nervous. when my boyfriend yells at his TV i freak out. when my dad sneezes i jump. even if i’m not in the same room. this one time on the subway, a man was yelling “GO JAYS GO” and i remember my friends asking to move to a different train because they were scared and uncomfortable.
