You have to shove your whumpees to the ground on their stomach and yank their arms behind their back to tie their wrists before pulling them back to their knees with a harsh yank on their hair otherwise they're not getting proper enrichment

Yes absolutely! The most important part of the enrichment isn't the floor itself but rather the physical manhandling and degradation. If anything it's best to switch up what you're slamming them into regularly to keep things fresh and interesting for them. You don't want a bored whumpee on your hands after all!

Medication “hangovers” in Whump are so woefully underused. That drug you used to knock your Whumpee out? To combat their insomnia or nightmares? They’re going to be feeling it when they wake up. Dry eyes, dry mouth, tiredness, weakness, headaches, balance issues, blunted emotions (or being extra irritable), brain fog and confusion. So great for making your Whumpee’s day just that little extra bit more horrible.

A character who's been shot is captured by enemies/bad guys. They're bleeding badly, and their captors need them alive. The bullet is removed, and the wound is poured with alcohol and bandaged tightly - none of it is done gently, and, being tied up (and maybe gagged), they can do nothing but scream and cry out in pain while enduring the rough treatment.

anyways it is very important to be aware of that kind of stuff bc we live in a racist society and its very easy to perpetuate systemic violence even in the little ways (im not perfect myself and like im somewhat more lighter-skinned than my peers even so i dont feel the hit of racism as roughly as some of them do) BUT for what its worth i think its a very worthwhile line to walk. whump is also about the validation of pain & exploring suffering while humanizing your unlucky main character and Black (+ other nonwhite) characters should get that too. make your nonwhite whumpees cry their eyeballs out and feel hollow in face of the world today #myagenda

more women whump. more women pushing themselves and passing out from sleep deprivation and exhaustion. more women training until their knuckles bleed and their legs give out from under them. more women being held prisoner and remaining stoic until the very end or perhaps when they’re rescued. more women under truth serum and terrifying hallucinogens. more women waking up in a pool of blood, their own and others’ and not knowing what happened but that something is terribly wrong with them. more women falling apart o ly when rescued. more women pushed to their breaking point. more women whump.
