Milk around 30-40g
Banana 50-60g
... into a small pan and add some water.
Then blend and heat it.
Stir it while its hot and if there is no more water for the oats to soak just add some more. Add some Cinnamon. When the oats are fully soaked put it into your boal and add some topics. I reccomend not put as many banana for the topping like i did if you want a lower sugar/calorie version.
Mine had about 450kcal.
Why it helps with BED:
Its low in sugar, fat and no white flour => less dopamine, less addictive
Its high in fiber and has some protein => it will give you a stable blood sugar level and it will keep you full.
=> Your much less likley to binge after it. (its also very helthy)

7.5.2026: Binged, didnt count but I guess it was about 3000kcal
8.5.2026: Fasted
9.5.2026: didnt count, was with my bf im the city but ist was around 1400kcal

Hi, I’m Whiles and I want to loose weight as a person who tends to binge.
This is my second intro since my fist is a bit old. I use this Blog as a safe space for me to post about my live and my weightloss. I’m currently 17 jears old and live in Europe. My Goal is to post almost daily about what I eat to motivate me to stay in control. I like to eat a very low calorie intake or fast on some days but I also eat when my body really needs it so I can function, because I also like to do sports(mostly running and a bit thriathlon) and I want to stay/get good at them. Like I said I have a binging problem and I want to stop that and also loose some weight im trying this for about 2 years that sounds like a lot of failing and it is but I keep getting closer to loosing weight.
I spent a lot of time researching about Binging and many other things about nutrition so if you have questions maybe i can help. Of course moots and other interactions are also welcome.

Didnt count my calories today but tried to allow me eating enough calories so i would have much energy for the running competition i had in the evening.
I lost some controll in the afternoon and binged a bit but it wasnt that bad because i only binged on afternoon. I hope i havent gained weight.
- thats where the energy from the afternoon bing went or at least a small amount of it.

Today i felt a bit sick in the afternoon and i planned to train Intervalls on the evening so a ate much on the afternoon, but i havent lost control.
Food: ~1700kcal
Burned: ~350kcal (16k steps)
=> Netto: ~ 1350 kcal
That wasnt good and over my goal but i had a good training and I think my body needed it. And im happy about not loosing control like on so many other days.
I'm back guys, today i was loocked in.
Only ate dinner and walked almost 15'000 steps(i will compleat them later). The calories were difficult to cound but i spammed salad (without oil in the dressing) for dinner and had about a hand full of fries. Think that was around 350kcal.

Did OMAD today, ate dinner but i think it was not much under 1000kcal. Tomorrow my plan is to also only eat dinner.
Little Ana weightloss game and motovation:
- Make yourselph a weightloss rewards list and put things on there you want and give them a weight where you allow yourselph to buy them.
- Then put whenever you feel like it or have some money left some money in a box from where you can take the money to buy your rewards.
Because when you put the money away (because you are still fat) it feels like the money is gone. But when you reach your goalweights you basicly earn money to buy yourselph nice things.
Hadn't tracked my food lately, I tried but i alway started to binge. How can I be this weak. I have to make better Plans for when and what I eat, to keep my control.

Today i had a netto of around 500kcal.
Ate: Banana, Dinner at Us Mex (ordered rice with chicken and vegetables with a sauce, the portion was sooo big but at least i didnt ate all and took some of it home. But i have no idea how much calories it had😭😭)
I could crawl a whole kilometer today in 27 minutes, for me who has a bad technik and is barely trained at swimming that was very good. Also did some Crosstrainer. So i burned around 400kcal.
