Save Net Neutrality before it's too late! We have until June 11t

I just got this email a minute ago.

This is like cartoon villainy. What the actual fuck.

I actually don’t know the name of the person who lied to me. I should’ve gotten that.

I’ll try to make this short. I was at WalMart and there were these two Spectrum Charter people trying to sell their internet. They asked me what internet I have and I stopped and said

“I had Spectrum but I dropped it when Net Neutrality was taken away partially thanks to Charter, and switched to Dish.” (Yes I know, but at least they seem to support Net Neutrality... Or at least be neutral towards it.)

The first guy was trying to make sale, thinking that this was about money. The second guy was quiet before finally he said “Net Neutrality never existed.”

Excuse me?

There are protests going on throughout America! You can put your zip code and see if there’s any going on soon near you!

You can email your reps to say that you support Net Neutrality, and to vote to stop the repeal on the 11th unless they don’t want your vote.

What I’m about to say, I’m saying while having an unbiased opinion. My political views do not matter for Net Neutrality. Remember that when you read what I say about this.

This part scares me the most I think, because people still think that this is a Republican or a Democratic issue, and that you can’t be a ___ and support Net Neutrality.

Okay this isn’t really the kind of thing that I would post on this blog, but this comment was too gold NOT to share!

And 239 people who claims to be undecided.

For those people undecided especially, you have to tell them that you will vote against them during the next election so they will lose their power and any bribe money they may be getting right now as we speak.

There’s two important links in this that are important to read for Net Neutrality. Don’t forget the two things that I said before,

1. Tell your Reps that you will vote against them if it means that Net Neutrality will come back if they vote against it.

2. Drop your internet provider if you can to speak with your wallet.

Ctrl+F your Rep’s name to see if they’re voting for or against free open internet.

Checking this list out, there seem to be more “Undecided” than there are “Yes” or “No” people. My main fear is that the undecided people will be paid a lot of money from cable companies that are trying to use the internet to milk money from people who needs it to run their business.

On the other hand, we do have a list of all of those “no” voters. Keep telling them that you’re going to be voting them out unless they change their mind. I do not doubt that they will be voted out if they succeed in destroying the internet, and that people who are for the free open internet will work to get it back and win. That’s simply my prediction though. Make sure you have a list of people who are going to vote “No” for Net Neutrality tomorrow.

Also, if you really don’t need the internet for income, I’d suggest that you drop it to tell the cable companies that you refuse to give them money without Net Neutrality. Talk with your wallet and they will have to listen or risk getting bankrupted.
