Something I noticed when I was (re)watching the FEW:TH trailer is that Claude and Dimitri both have their trademark Heroes' Relics (i.e. Failnaught and Areadbhar respectively), but Edelgard is shown with an axe that is not her trademark Aymr. Interestingly, Aymr isn't an actual Hero Relic. It's possible that, according to Linhardt's theory, it was a weapon used after the original Relics were made from the War of Heroes. It's also possible (and I think more probable) that Those Who Slither In The Dark were able to create this weapon specifically for Edelgard's use. I say that this is more probable since Argathium (related to TWSITD) is used to repair Aymr, rather than Umbral Steel, which is needed for the other Heroes' Relics. What I'm trying to say is... Maybe in this storyline, Edelgard isn't associated with TWSITD, or her association with them is limited. Or, I could be totally wrong, and this just happens to be set during a time before she receives Aymr.
