Does anybody else struggle with eating and they don't know if they're relapsing, if they're depression or anxiety is acting up or if they're just sick?

You either say how you feel and fuck it up or say nothing and let it fuck you up instead.

I just have this happy personality and a sad soul in one body. Feels weird sometimes.
