my problam is that i wish i was getting killed every minute of every day for about 8 months now (ACTUALLY 1.5 YEARS) and if i see a person its sending me over the edge. but when i have a drink? im going to text everybody ive ever met that its the best day of my life. the problem is that im texting. the problem is that im texting. the problem is that i get text

historically im always so nervous to let someone see me watching ANY youtube video or like just casually walk in and see what im watching for a min or smth because then what if the stupid annoying youtuber im watching makes a horrible joke like they always do because youtubers are genetically predisposed to be not funny. but ive started to be more comfortable with this by announcing my distaste for it when it happens. specifically by just saying "youtuber humor" out loud to the other person when they say something stupid. and it really works! im no longer scared because now the other person knows that i don't approve of it

told my doctor today that i started chantix to quit cigs forever and she kinda frowned and tilted her head and said "is it making you crazy?"

i found myself at a stop light hoping that when i got the green, i would start going and that someone would run the light and smash into me at full speed, because then at least if im hospitalized, they'd control my food. this won't go away. this will never go away. i can't take it. i am going to hit myself for this over and over until it hurts enough to stop
