try to smell to see if you pick up any hints of mold . if so thats not topshelf!

if you are smacked in the face with a nice smell. thats top shelf.

*sight- 

look for THC crystals and tightness of buds.

 make sure it has no water leaves, and a god trim job.

is it dull green ? dried out and when you crack open the nug theres no smell? ditch it! its not topshelf life.

is it mostly a thick stem running through it if so thats not topshelf.

do you taste a chemical on your palate when you smoke? if so it wasnt properly flushed!
