Hi!!! @chestersbraincell here! Decided to keep the Garfield theme, didn’t really know how else to theme this blog so…. yeah

for a while, I’ve wanted to do SOME kind of gimmick blog, but didn’t know what to make it on. And then I realised I oftentimes like to make playlists more than I like to listen to them lmao-so here!

Songs and music combined, I have about 1.7k in my playlists. So feel free to submit ANY kind of situation, theme, etc, and I will try my best to find at least ONE, if not likely many more, tunes to fit that! I reccomend going off-anon as then you’ll know when I’ve gotten to your request, but anons are welcome should you feel shy

The more specific the request, the more likely the tunes will be accurate to what you have in mind. But go as vague as you want to! The one limit I have is like. Explain the vibe. Don’t just say “*insert fandom*” or “*insert character*”. I’m not going to do research just to find out what you mean. Articulate yourself.

Incase you’re in a particular rush, feel free to scroll down my blog; I might have already done a request similar to what you might want. However, ALWAYS feel free to send in a request, no matter how similar it may be to another. If it really is just about the same, I’ll direct you to the playlist in question. I have noticed (and experienced myself) how overwhelming it actually is to start reading comics as a bat family fan, since we all basically know the main events but not in which comic did each happen.

Here's my (in progress) Bat family reading list. I have ONLY included comics I have read, but its pretty complete up to the point I have reached. Each with a short description of what it is about so you can find the events you're interested in.

Fundamentals (important character's main plot points):

Batman: year one

-Start of Batman and showcase of his main motives.

-Mainly a James Gordon story.

Batman: The Man Who Laughs

-Joker's first appearance.

Batman: The Long Halloween

- Two-face origin story, good insight on Catwoman and generally good Batman story.

Batman: Dark Victory

-Direct continuation of the long halloween

-Dick Grayson's origin story

Robin: Year One

-First moments of Dick as Robin.

(Dick's age is different from what is said in most comics.)

Batgirl: Year One

-Barbara Gordon's Batgirl origin.

-Good display of Bruce's and Talia's relationship.
