*Kakashi walks up to Iruka while holding some takeout.*

Random Diplomat: Is that-?"

Sakura: "Shhh."

Iruka: *Quickly perks up with a large grin on his face* "Please tell me that's Ramen I'm smelling. I would die for some Ramen right now. I would die a happy man. All for some Ramen. If it's not, then you should give that to someone else so we can go get some. I know that Ichiraku Ramen is opened right now."

Random Diplomat: "Oh yeah, I see it now. That's 100% him. My bad."

(Later)

Sasuke: "I can't believe that worked."

Genma: "Sorry dude, that is your lover dancing on the table."

Kakashi: "Why is he even here?"

Genma: "Apparently it's the annual Chunin meet up. Whatever that means."

Kakashi: "I guess they all get drunk and just do stupid shit. Oh great. Now he's climbing a tree."

Anko: "It's actually pretty fun. I've been invited as an honorary guest a couple of times. If they are this drunk, then that means someone brought out some good old moonshine. Probably Tsubaki. Her family has a killer recipe. It's totally worth the hangover if you ever get to try it."

Genma: "Tsubaki?"

Anko: "One of Iruka's friends. He's pretty protective over her."

Iruka: "Uh, famous? I think you might be mistaking me with someone else."

Tsunade: "Is your name not Umino Iruka?"

Iruka: "It is. But I don't think I've done anything special to be talked about. Unless you want to speak about budget plans and school lessons. Or, I guess, how to file certain documents. I've been told that I'm pretty good at it."

Tsunade: "I've been told that you a have special... ability to keep a certain man in the hospital."

Iruka: "...."

Iruka: "I cannot agree or disagree. It all depends on his mood."

Random elder: "You must understand that you are marrying into a high-status clan. Specifically, the only heir. Act like it."

Iruka: *Turns to Kakashi* "Is there something you want to tell me? Maybe something that you left out about your family?! Because this isn't what you told me!"

Kakashi: *Glares at the elder* "Who gave you permission to speak to him like that? Scram. I'll deal with you later."

Genma: "So uh, are we gonna talk about this?"

Kotetsu: "I doubt that will do anything. If anything, it will just make Kakashi more secretive about it. Any gossip might make him.... Protective."

Anko: "I doubt that Iruka minds. He would have made it known if he did. Loudly."

Kakashi: "Hey, did you change how you usually make this?"

Iruka: "Oh yeah! I'm surprised that you noticed. I added some eggplant because Naruto mentioned you liked it.

Kakashi: *Tears in eye* "Oh. It's good. Really good."

Iruka: "Are you ok?!"

Izumo: "I think you need to get your brain checked. I don't see how it's sweet that your not-boyfriend is stalking us."

Iruka: "He's just worried. It is odd that we were the ones requested to complete this delivery. Who knows what that person's intentions are? Plus, yours also followed us here."

Iruka: "Oh- uh, thank you?"

Iruka: "I don't like that tone of voice you're using. What are you implying?"

Iruka: "No comment."

Izumo: "No, no. I think it's sweet that you guys share one. I'm just wondering how you found one big enough to share?"

Iruka: "Kakashi had it custom made. You gotta ask him where he got it."

Kotetsu: "Just between you and me but I'm pretty sure that Kakashi has had a semi crush on Iruka since they were teenagers.

Izumo: "What- How?"

Kotetsu: You know how Iruka was a little spitfire when he was younger? Well apparently, he used to prank a certain Anbu all the time."

Izumo: *Gasp* "Nooooo...."

Naruto: "WOAH! Where did you come from?! And I don't know what you're talking about."

Kakashi: "Nice try. He doesn't, does he? I don't think he will be happy to hear that you're out here. Especially late at night when it's extra cold and dangerous."

Naruto: "...."

Naruto: "What can I do for you not to tell him?"

Kakashi: "Hmmm.... I know! I want you to invite me back over for dinner. I know he hasn't been inviting me over because you threw a fit."

Kakashi: "Nonsense. The safest you will ever be is if you're in the same bed with me. How else will I be able to protect you if someone breaks into the room?"

Iruka: "You're lucky that I'm too tired to argue with you. Which side do you want?"

Kakashi: "The left side. So that you are up against the wall."

Iruka: "Alright but I get the extra pillow."

Anko: "I don't believe you. What did you do?"

Kakashi: "I promised him that the next time I visit Mist, I would buy him a special Ramen that they only sell there. Apparently, he been wanting to try it for a while."

Genma: "Huh. I guess that man is willing to do pretty much anything for Ramen."

Anko: "He really does love it."

Kakashi: *Mumbles underneath his breath* "Not everything..."

Anko: "What?"

Kakashi: "NOTHING!" *Laughs nervously* "Oh wow, would you look at this weather. I think it might rain. Guess I gotta go. Bye."

Anko: "...."

Genma: "...."

Anko: "You don't think...?"

Anko: "You're a fool if you think the Hokage is going to accept this."

Kakashi: "The Hokage won't have a choice if he wants me to continue my 'service' to Kohona."

Anko: "You are going to regret this. Iruka won't forgive you. He loves his job."
