; I am just weak

     “I always imagined hospitals        being scarier than this.”

                   “This one isn’t scary, it’s full              of sick kids mainly. What happened?” 

❝ What could I have possibly done to make me untrustworthy in the past two minutes? ❞

               “A stranger has asked me to                             sit down beside her after looking        at my hospital bracelet because I                  am sick. Why should I trust you?” 

She had to smile. Because the  girl in front of her was sick  but that didn’t matter  she cared more about Lydia then  herself. That was a rare trait in people.    "I’m Lydia.“

    Hanna could see the fake smile                           upon the other females face. Hanna           knew that she for some reason had                               to care for Lydia, but it wasn’t like it              was an issue, the brunette always cared.                              “Hanna. It’s really nice to meet you Lydia,”

❝ Come and sit with me. ❞

“Why should I trust you?” 

❝ Your, uh, ‘bracelet’ caught my attention. ❞

“Well sor-ry I’m sick.” 

         ❝ hey kid, you alright? ❞

         “Y-yeah I’m alright.” She whispered                     as her fork pushed around a pea,                watching the green ball circle                         around and around. 

   "I’m not sure really.“      No one had ever really asked her why.       "I guess because people like to think I’m sick too.”          Sick in the head that was.

       “You don’t seem sick honey.”                         Hanna spoke softly as she grabbed            her books and walked toward the red head.                            “Out of the two of us, I’m the sick one.                  But I’ll let you know, no matter what,                              no one in here won’t judge you.” 

            “i’m not going to hurt you, you can trust me.”

                 hanna felt scared as she continued to scrub         off the cheeto dust from her pale hands, only                         wishing she had never eaten that one piece.             watching as the dust rolled off her pointer finger                        and thumb, she watched it get washed down the                   drain, her eyes fixated on the small balls of red       food colouring. sniffling back she looked up and turned off the tap.                     “I’m sorry I just, I get scared.”                               mumbling the girl turned towards the dryer,                    beginning to feel the hot air blow against her                               hands, making them shake before her head                                       turned to look at the girl.                      “how do I know that?            you aren’t here to take me back are you?”

“Well then why are you looking at me?”
