I no longer hold onto desires. Instead, my foundation is gratitude—a simple, open-hearted thank you for everything that is, exactly as it is.
We often chase what we call "good fortune," but what does that truly mean? In the grander scheme of life, a temporary stroke of luck can easily sour into a hardship, just as a setback can pave the way for an unexpected breakthrough.
The confusion only starts when we try to overthink it, trapping ourselves in our own heads. Our ego loves to label things as "good" or "bad" based on rigid expectations. But expectations are just walls; they limit our ability to truly grow and adapt. When we label an experience as "unwanted," it usually just means we are resisting it.
The remedy is simple: let go. By surrendering to the natural abundance of the universe, we stop fighting the current and finally learn to swim with it.
When you give up the need to categorize your life, every moment becomes an opportunity for growth, and every circumstance becomes a gift.
