i have gotten like twenty asks about this and i will unfortunately fill you with more conspiracy filled thoughts because this isn't the first time he's tried to claim credit for something he hasn't done

lewis loves to play the media game to a desperate degree and if you had seen his face on saturday you'd know how utterly disappointed he was that charles figured it out and beat him immediately in one session

he knows what this means for future races and he also knows what it means to get the media on his side and i don't mean to sound like a dick but the team isn't exactly backing him up as he hopes and his entire house of dreams has probably shattered upon seeing the different reactions to each of their wins

Charles worked his ass off to pull everything together and I am glad it's paying off. People only see the results, not the hardwork and effort that's being put into it.

Charles had to get accustomed to the CI brakes instead of Brembo because of its braking issues, mind you CI brakes doesn't suit his racing style. He faced technical issues all throughout the last three races. Nobody batted an eye and criticised him, when he himself was giving his 100% behind the wheels.

I don't think that any of the "new tifosis" actually realise just how much charles means to us. How this guy has been through hells in Ferrari and still continues to choose us. They would never realise just how happy we become when we see him winning. He's our boy, our blood. Our il predistinato and nobody can change it.
