I mostly post about and reblog Lestappen things and am always happy to discuss people's head canons or just general thoughts on Max and Charles (both fictionally or in terms of real life racing etc) . I do like other drivers but I think its fair to say that every other driver is just one incident or unwarranted comment away from going from my good list to my not so good list 😉 I am more of a Max girl so a lot of the race related comments will be Max centric.

The one I was writing the other day? It is a Dani/Jules/Max soulmate fic but will probably take me quite a while to write it
Dani was born without a soulmate mark so for a long time believed he would end up alone. Then he met and fell in love with Jules and eventually they cemented their unconventional soulmate pairing by getting Dani a tattoo that matches Jules' soulmate mark. It might not be a real soulmate mark but they know deep down they have a true soulmate connection.
Max has been searching for his soulmate for years, he can't wait to meet them and fall in love. He is a huge romantic and believes fully in the process. Except there is one huge problem, when he does finally find the person who he shares a soulmate mark with, it is Jules and Jules is with Dani.
Lots of angst. Lots of Max not being sure whether he should still go for it (because the universe is never wrong and Jules is his soulmate) or whether he should sacrifice his own happy ever after with Jules so that Dani can be happy.

I missed race two! Originally I was going to miss race one and watch race two but I switched my plans around so that I could watch race 1 instead. Sounds like race two was more eventful but happy I watched race 1 so I could see them win!!
“It took a bit too long unfortunately!” Juncadella tells GT REPORT after the race. “We’ve been close to winning races. Well, we won two races this year already, but then unfortunately we got disqualified at the Nürburgring and then in Brands Hatch it was taken away by a post-race penalty,” he sums up. “I was really looking forward to this one, also together with Jules. He’s one of my best friends in racing. The car has been amazing all weekend, so far it’s been incredible and we’ve been quick. A lot of that is thanks to the team. They gave us an amazing car and an awesome race.”
The Spaniard sees the result reassure everyone that Gounon ‘never left’, although no one within the team ever doubted him. “We had a super fast car, that’s no question, but also Jules – what an amazing driver he is in qualifying. He’s one of the best out here in GT and he shows it every time he’s here. Unfortunately he’s having a very tough year in DTM, where I know people are doubting him, but I think everybody saw Saturday morning: four tenths to the next Pro car,” Juncadella says. “Getting that lap in at a track like Magny-Cours is an incredible achievement. That was one of keys to this race. Then his first stint also pulling a six, seven second gap made everything a lot easier.”
The team is sure the base of the car will be good going into the Sunday at Magny-Cours, but they know they will have to take some pre-race 2 adjustments into account. “I think it will be a bit harder for us on Sunday, because there’s also been some BoP adjustments.” Juncadella says. “I think we’re all now very equal and it’s going to be a big fight in Q2. Hopefully we can have another strong quali and I look forward to it.”
