Messaging people for the first time is so hard. What am I supposed to say? Like, "You seem really odd and your blog intrigues me. Do you want to have philosophical conversations or perhaps talk about fictional characters?" What! Whatever. I will just follow you back and stare at your blog with my big beautiful brown eyes.
Reblog if you're okay with people coming into your DMs with the "you seem really odd and your blog intrigues me, do you want to have philosophical conversations or perhaps talk about fictional characters"
100% okay with this lmao
Will you be seeing red after taking this quiz?
I can only read “dogs” and only see anything in one other. I see nothing in any other.
8/10 but fuck, OW.
Ooh I got 8/10 😯
Watching Supernatural and the Soulless!Sam era is hilarious in that it forces Dean to be the reasonable one in terms of morals. (Not to say Dean doesn’t usually have his moments, but in early seasons he definitely adopts the more black and white view of the world their father had, while Sam looked more for the nuance.)
Sam usually takes the lead as the compassionate one (comforting loved ones of the deceased, etc. although Dean is better when it comes to comforting kids) in questioning but Dean has to because you can’t trust that whatever comes out of Soulless!Sam’s mouth next won’t just be the biggest insult of all time. He’s just side eyeing Sam the entire arc being like “bro who are you and why am I doing your job?” And Dean legit expresses this when Sam comes back and questions something that could hurt someone and Dean is just like “I love that you even asked me that.”
(That being said I completely understand Jensen Ackles’ difficulty with having to act as Dean opposite to Soulless!Sam because not only is the dynamic and chemistry between the brothers completely different, but Sam taking on a different role forces Dean to take on a different role.)
SAM: Yeah. Okay. Look. Brings up a question. So, say you got a soul and you’re on a case, and your brother gets abducted by aliens—
DEAN: Yeah, then you do everything you can to get him back.
SAM: Right! You do, but, what about when there are no more leads for the night? Are you supposed to just sit there in the dark and suffer, even when there’s nothing that can be done at that moment?
DEAN: YES!
SAM: What?
DEAN: Yes, you sit in the dark and feel the loss.
SAM: Absolutely! But couldn’t I just do all that and have sex with the hippie chick?
DEAN: No!
SAM: It’d be in the dark.
DEAN: No you couldn’t because you would be suffering, and you can’t just turn that off for the night.
I really enjoyed this element of season 6. Sam is Dean's moral compass, but Dean really couldn't be Sam's
Started watching The Boys and yikes... 😳 not sure if this show is for me but I'm gonna try and finish the first season at least...

2x16 – Turn Up the Heat
I really can’t take Willa seriously… She’s not intimating or scary or threatening.
She’s amusing. Her dialogue is terrible. It’s so cheesy and nothing that no other antagonist in any other procedural show hasn’t said at some point. She’s cocky to the extreme. We know the writers can write clever dialogue. What happened to giving any of that to Willa to round her out?
Also why does she always look half asleep? Is this meant to be her unbothered? It’d an odd choice.
I’ve no idea what her overall role is going to be but as soon as Wagner Sr announced he wanted Morgan as a problem solver and would be stepping into politics, you knew Willa would wind up working for him. Or him for her.
Wagner once again not giving all the info to Morgan. I’m sure he keeps things close to his chest for a reason but he’s really not endearing himself to anyone!
I like the actor who played Psyclops in this ep! He was so funny in his scenes!
Other than that, again a pretty average investigation. Nothing to thrilling or complex.
Karadec getting injured just reminded me that he’s in a relationship with Lucia who I’d kinda forgotten all about… Oops!
I've gone. Not one for goodbyes, I thought it best to slip out quietly. Love to you all, Giles.
Rest in peace, Anthony Stewart Head (1954 – 2026)

The British actor, who also appeared in Merlin and Little Britain, died of complications from pneumonia.
This is truly sad, heart wrenching news. Too soon, unexpected.
There's a hole in the world...
RIP 🙏 another cast member gone far too soon
2x15 – Pie in the Sky
A pie to the face killed the astronaut? Is he allergic to something in it?
Oh nope. Nerve agent. Of course.
Yes Adam this is a weird case. It involves a sprinter, a nun and an astronaut! It sounds like the start of a bad joke! “Three people walked into a bar…”
This could’ve been an interesting case but there was way too much other stuff going on for it to really shine.
Wagner’s discovered our little band of detectives are good people and can be trusted. And then he basically sulks because no one trusts him back after how much of an ass he was when he first arrived? Shocking!
I do like Wagner’s character. I like he disrupts the peace. But that doesn’t mean he’s entitled to the other character’s forgiveness and honestly, I hope they make him work for it.
Who the hell is this Willa woman? Guessing Soto came to New York via Dallas? Either she spends as much time on flight tracking apps as my grandfather does on shipping apps, or she’s just scarily good at guessing. Is she like Morgan? Super smart?
I’m not getting that Morgan level of intelligence but she is obviously well informed.
Am I allowed to say she feels like a comic book villain? Her sat in the big all glass office sparring off with Soto felt… forced. It wasn’t a great sparring match. I don’t know whether it was the dialogue or the direction given to the actors, but yeah… I was rolling my eyes through the whole thing. That scene basically killed all Willa’s intimation from her first scene.
2x14 – If you come for the Queen
Dotty! Oh I loved Dotty! This was such a nice surprise to see her back again!
I think we should make a rule where its impossible to be mean to anyone with the name Dotty! It’s so grandma coded.
I love that Daphne got lead this week! And her teaming up with Morgan too! Girl power!
The massage rooms are soundproof? Nope, not here for that at all. any funny business happens, I want people to hear me screaming.
I felt Morgan’s pain this ep. When I pick up a pen and it doesn’t work, it’s the most infuriating thing. Which is why I don’t share my stationary at work. I loved her trying to trade for a working pen to Oz for a peek at his own case.
I really like it when Morgan gets a spark of inspiration from her everyday life to help a case. Keeps her rounded and yeah she pulls some answers out of very thin air, moments like this help ground it just a little.
I enjoyed this ep a lot. Dotty is a fun character, she helped bring a little more backstory and spark to Daphne’s character which is great. I’m really happy the two have reconnected. Maybe we’ll get to see more of Dotty in future eps? She works at the academy, could be some interesting plots there.
Special forces are involved with Roman? Did I understand that right?
I’ll be honest, I’m losing track of what’s important and what’s happened with the Roman, Arthur, mystery guy he beat up. When all of this is eventually revealed, I’m absolutely going to need a Morgan vision to spell it out for me.

2x13 – In the Driver’s Seat
People’s stupidity continues to amaze me! Who came up with the idea to steal a very expensive – and very orange – supercar of which there are only 8 in the world?!
Mind you, the car wasn’t very smart either. It literally kamikazed itself with the self-drive!
I liked the two crime plots for the price of one though!
These supercars that are basically computers on wheels with all the info they hold is somewhat daunting to think about.
Morgan-vision being puppets this week made me laugh! They were so well done! I hope they’re not lost in a warehouse and someone got to take them home!
I liked Oz teaming back up with Karadec. Wagner’s fun to have around, but the downside is we’ve not really seen a lot Oz and Daphne outside the bullpen this season. I think they’re both still junior detectives so it would really beneficial to see them get some on the job experiences with Karadec and Morgan some more.
In other news, Ava going down a design career path makes a lot of sense. She’s creative, talented, I can see her enjoying college on a design course. Then there's Elliott who’s getting invited to fancy private schools. I’m glad he decided to stick around. Morgan’s raising some good kids!
The creepy old dude spying on Morgan and Ava freaked me the hell out. Thank you Arther for taking him out… not sure where’s he taking him but he’s going somewhere!
I’ll admit, I have no idea what’s going on with the Roman plot now. I thought we’d have some answers by now but all there seems to be is more questions.
6x22 – The man who knew too much
Finale time!! Whoop!
Cas broke Sam’s wall? WTF?! I seriously thought the wall falling would be a S7 plot but I guess they figured let’s start now!
And now poor Sam can’t trust anything I guess because he’s having hallucinations in his own head and fighting pieces of himself.
I find it mildly amusing that when it was revealed Sam’s wall was down I said to myself “come on Sam pull yourself together” and that’s literally what he had to do.
Sam vs Soulless Sam and Hell-Sam was chilling! Jared is so good during these moments because he’s not acting against anyone else in the scene. That takes some skill!
As a distraction, I guess it worked but seriously Castiel? Not cool!
Bobby and Dean wondering how they were gonna ninja there way into Castiel’s bolthole only to be beaten to the punch by Crowley and his demons was very funny! Although can we please stop beating up on Baby!!
I wasn’t sure if Crowley and Castiel’s falling out was real until Crowley turned up with Rafeal. But no it was very genuine! Crowley might need to watch his back!
So Cas is all suped up on souls. How are they going to nerf him back down to earth after this? Because this is some power trip…
On a concerning side note… did Cas shut the door behind him when he acquired all those souls from purgatory? Because, you know, some doors don’t shut by themselves. They need a little nudge!
Shameless | Season 3
“People fuck up. That’s life. Family is supposed to be forever. They’re supposed to take care of you regardless what you do. That’s the whole point, otherwise why bother?”
6x21 – Let it bleed
Wow… the writers really did the whole Dean, Lisa and Ben plot dirty. This is not a satisfying conclusion. I’m not sure why they were brought back because Dean didn’t even need to be around them for Lisa and Ben to be in danger so how is wiping their memories gonna help?
The only saving grace is Jensen’s acting. He sold the heartbreak at least and I do feel a little sorry for Dean but beyond that, I’m very over it.
Bobby’s a paranoid bastard who I love dearly! I’m so glad he makes copies of his research… how does he find the time to do that while rescuing Sam, Dean and other hunters from multiple fires every season, I don’t know! The man can clearly multi-task!
Considering Dean’s a horror movie fan, I’m surprised he’s never heard of HP Lovecraft. Who I wish we’d seen more of! This was such a short plot point! I feel like it deserved it’s own ep, not a finale prelude.
I love the chaos Crowley brings wherever he goes! This is why I’m concerned Cas is in over his head in their arrangement. Crowley finds and exploits loopholes. Cas isn’t as street saavy.
It’s Ellie the dragon lady!! Hello! I didn’t expect her to be relevant again! Love it! She’s absolutely gonna die though right? This season is killing off everyone. I can’t see her escaping.
Also, boys fix the angel proofing on Bobby’s house!! All sorts of riff-raff keep dropping by – looking at you, Balthezar…
2x12 – The Faust and the Furious
I really do love Morgan and Karadec’s friendship. They have great energy and I love these little quirks they’ve developed between them. Like Karadec allowing Morgan 3 questions to satisfy her curiosity? Adorable.
The victim’s assistant checked his vitals every morning? Nope. Way too intimate! There are some things you don’t need to know about your colleagues!
I didn’t really feel a lot of sympathy for this week’s victim. Another self-absorbed individual scarred of aging and doing everything possible to avoid it?
Also, he changed the ingredients to include St John’s Wort? Not cool. As soon as she said it I just face palmed.
I loved we got to meet Oz’s mom!! It’s so sweet she knows Daphne well enough to feel comfortable calling after the fight she had with Oz. I wonder if we get a Daphne ep too this season?
I wanted to yell at Karadec for pushing the button on a high tech panel in a room where the victim was locked inside and killed. He was always gonna get them locked in!! Morgan’s panic attack felt very, very real. Kudos for that acting. I liked seeing her less than calm in a situation that she’s not trained for. If she’d been fine, I’d have been questioning the writing.
The assistant was the murderer? That I didn’t expect but I can see it.

I'm an introvert. I don't have a large group of friends. I have only a few. Not a single one has remembered my birthday... I think I need new friends
I hate throat infections... the only thing they tell you to do is rest and drink lots of water...
I'd love to do both but they literally counteract each other! I rest, my mouth feels like the sarahara desert. I drink lots, my bladder turns into nigara falls!
So I was advised to see the pharmacist because here in the UK they're qualified to diagnose some common issues. And have access to medical records I add.
Mr Pharmacist tries to diagnose me with tonsillitis... I tell him no, it's not that. He insists. I say it could be something similar like laryngitis but not tonsillitis. He still insists. At this point I'm now feeling gaslit because he literally just examined my throat... he should be able to see I don't have any tonsils!
So I tell him I had them removed as a kid and he asks "are you sure?" 🤨
Yes I am very sure I remember going to the hospital and having a piece of my throat cut out. They gave me jelly and ice cream after the surgery and it was the most painful bowl of ice cream I've ever eaten.
He concludes it's probably viral laryngitis then and sends me on my way with a throat spray and antiflamatories.
